【摘要】：本文研究目的是為了梳理互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程和現(xiàn)狀，并分析政府行業(yè)監(jiān)管中存在的主要問題，同時(shí)提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策、建議，從而更好的發(fā)揮政府監(jiān)管職能，促進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)整體健康、有序的發(fā)展。 本文首先論述了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)整體發(fā)展和管理現(xiàn)狀，闡述了行業(yè)管理的意義和目的，結(jié)合實(shí)際工作分析了目前行業(yè)管理基本現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題；通過廣泛收集資料和調(diào)研并進(jìn)行課題研究的形式，對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)管理重點(diǎn)暨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)接入服務(wù)進(jìn)行了全面分析，特別是對(duì)行業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行了分析和研究，提出了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)接入服務(wù)行業(yè)管理建議；運(yùn)用管理和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論，采取理論與實(shí)際工作相結(jié)合的研究方法，對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)管理的另一重點(diǎn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息服務(wù)進(jìn)行了深入分析，，剖析了政府監(jiān)管中存在的主要問題,對(duì)行業(yè)管理定位進(jìn)行了研究并提出了管理建議；最后著眼于現(xiàn)實(shí)，結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論對(duì)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展做了重點(diǎn)研究，同時(shí)分析了移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)特點(diǎn)和給政府行業(yè)監(jiān)管帶來的難題和挑戰(zhàn)，并提出了行業(yè)管理建議。 本文創(chuàng)新之處在于理論與實(shí)際工作的全面結(jié)合，對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行了較深入的分析和總結(jié)，并結(jié)合具體工作，在充分考慮實(shí)際情況和行業(yè)特征的前提下，客觀評(píng)價(jià)了現(xiàn)有管理體制和監(jiān)管政策，按照互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)管理職責(zé)，分析了現(xiàn)階段互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)管理發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并提出了監(jiān)管政策的調(diào)整和完善建議，對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)有效、高效監(jiān)管具有一定的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to comb the history and current situation of the development of the Internet industry, and to analyze the main problems existing in the supervision of the government industry, and at the same time, to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to give better play to the functions of government supervision. To promote the overall healthy and orderly development of the Internet industry. This paper first discusses the overall development and management of the Internet industry, expounds the significance and purpose of the industry management, combined with the actual work to analyze the current basic situation of industry management and the main problems; Through extensive data collection, research and research, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the Internet industry management focus and Internet access services, especially on the current situation and problems of industry management. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of Internet access service industry, and makes a deep analysis of another important Internet information service of Internet industry management by using the theory of management and economics, and adopting the research method of combining theory with practice. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the government supervision, studies the position of the industry management and puts forward the management suggestions. Finally, it focuses on the development of the mobile Internet, focusing on the reality and combining with the economic theory. At the same time, this paper analyzes the characteristics of mobile Internet and the problems and challenges brought to government industry supervision, and puts forward some suggestions for industry management. The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive combination of theory and practice, the analysis and summary of the current situation and problems of Internet industry management, and the combination of specific work, under the premise of fully considering the actual situation and the characteristics of the industry. This paper objectively evaluates the existing management system and supervision policy, analyzes the development trend of the Internet industry management in accordance with the management responsibilities of the Internet industry, and puts forward some suggestions for the adjustment and improvement of the supervision policy. Efficient supervision has certain practical application value.
