【摘要】：當前電信業(yè)務正在向著信息化、多媒體化、寬帶化、個性化、綜合化、智能化等方向發(fā)展,基于這些層面上的融合也必將大大地拓展業(yè)務創(chuàng)新的模式。 北京聯(lián)通作為傳統(tǒng)運營商正在向綜合信息服務提供商轉(zhuǎn)型,正逐步從網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模發(fā)展向信息、內(nèi)容提供轉(zhuǎn)型。業(yè)務逐步向多媒體化方向發(fā)展,將融合圖像、語音、數(shù)據(jù)于一體,如視頻會議、兩點可視通信、可視辦公協(xié)作、遠程監(jiān)控等。以用戶為中心,為用戶提供個性化的業(yè)務成為運營商的必然選擇。NGN網(wǎng)絡架構(gòu)下的業(yè)務提供體系的開放性,為第三方IT軟件開發(fā)商介入電信業(yè)務開發(fā)提供了可能。實現(xiàn)個性化業(yè)務的統(tǒng)一接入、統(tǒng)一運營管理、統(tǒng)一計費。 北京聯(lián)通建設的統(tǒng)一通信業(yè)務平臺通過統(tǒng)一通信PC客戶端與北京聯(lián)通固話號碼同號綁定實現(xiàn),PC客戶端的登陸賬號就是用戶的固話號碼,且所有通信功能對外顯示號碼都是用戶的個人綁定號碼。統(tǒng)一通信業(yè)務整合了語音呼叫、即時會議、多媒體會議、即時消息、短消息等各種通信資源,為企業(yè)用戶構(gòu)建了一個全新的企業(yè)通信方案。并集成企業(yè)內(nèi)部OA、內(nèi)部網(wǎng)站、BBS等各類生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)整合企業(yè)通信。 本文結(jié)合北京聯(lián)通本地固定語音網(wǎng)絡現(xiàn)狀,分析了北京聯(lián)通企業(yè)客戶統(tǒng)一通信業(yè)務及融合通信業(yè)務需求,提出了統(tǒng)一通信業(yè)務平臺的建設方案。并對業(yè)務關鍵流程進行梳理和說明,提出了完整業(yè)務運營實現(xiàn)方案及計費方案,并且對于統(tǒng)一通信標準版客戶端的安裝操作方法進行了介紹。此外,對于大客戶業(yè)務個性化定制需求所采取的駐地式接入系統(tǒng)實施方案進行了較為詳細的闡述。文章最終作者對于北京聯(lián)通統(tǒng)一通信、融合通信業(yè)務的進一步發(fā)展前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, telecommunication business is developing towards the direction of information, multimedia, broadband, individuation, integration, intelligence, etc. The integration based on these levels will also greatly expand the mode of business innovation. As a traditional operator, Beijing Unicom is transforming to a comprehensive information service provider, and is gradually changing from network scale to information and content providing. The business is gradually developing towards the direction of multimedia, which will integrate image, voice and data, such as video conference, visual communication, visual office cooperation, remote monitoring and so on. Taking the user as the center, providing individualized service for the user becomes the inevitable choice of the operator. NGN network framework under the service supply system openness, which provides the possibility for third-party IT software developers to intervene in the development of telecommunications services. Realize the unified access of personalized service, unified operation management, unified accounting. The unified communication service platform constructed by Beijing Unicom realizes the login account of the PC client through the binding of the unified communication PC client and the fixed telephone number of Beijing Unicom, which is the fixed telephone number of the user. And all communication function external display number is the user's personal binding number. The unified communication service integrates various communication resources, such as voice call, instant meeting, multimedia conference, instant message, short message, etc., and constructs a new enterprise communication scheme for enterprise users. And the integration of enterprise internal OA, internal web site BBS and other production systems to achieve integration of enterprise communications. Based on the present situation of Beijing Unicom local fixed voice network, this paper analyzes the requirements of Beijing Unicom enterprise customer unified communication service and integrated communication service, and puts forward the construction scheme of unified communication service platform. The key business process is combed and explained, and the complete business operation implementation scheme and billing scheme are put forward, and the installation operation method of the unified communication standard version client is introduced. In addition, the implementation scheme of resident access system is described in detail. Finally, the author looks forward to the future development of Beijing Unicom Unified Communication and Convergence Communication Service.
