【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的來臨,我國社會正在發(fā)生翻天覆地的變化,這一變化已經(jīng)對我國國家安全產(chǎn)生了深刻影響并提出了嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,要有效維護國家安全就有必要深入分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的時代特點及其對國家安全的影響途徑,進而有針對性的提出化解策略。 在理論研究層面,本文嘗試從維護我國國家安全角度出發(fā),運用社會學理論、公共管理理論和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)理論,對境內(nèi)外互聯(lián)網(wǎng)影響國家安全的典型案例進行分析,同時通過深入研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在信息傳播方面的特性,探究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代對我國社會結(jié)構(gòu)、社會心理、社會活動及公共輿論等方面的影響方式和內(nèi)容,進而分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代我國國家安全產(chǎn)生的影響及其應對原則。 為體現(xiàn)上述理論研究的實際應用價值,本文還嘗試對我國政府部門在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代履行維護國家安全職責時面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進行分析,并參考和借鑒國外有關(guān)政府在應對這一挑戰(zhàn)的實踐經(jīng)驗,從進一步增強國家安全意識、合理引導社會輿論、加強對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全監(jiān)管、普及國家安全教育等六個方面提出了應對挑戰(zhàn)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Internet era, our society is undergoing earth-shaking changes, which have had a profound impact on our national security and put forward severe challenges. Therefore, in order to maintain national security effectively, it is necessary to deeply analyze the characteristics of the Internet and its influence on national security, and then put forward some countermeasures. In the aspect of theoretical research, this paper tries to analyze the typical cases of the influence of domestic and foreign Internet on national security from the point of view of safeguarding our national security, using sociology theory, public management theory and Internet information technology theory. At the same time, by deeply studying the characteristics of the Internet in the field of information dissemination, the paper probes into the ways and contents of the Internet era's influence on the social structure, social psychology, social activities and public opinion in China. Then it analyzes the influence of China's national security in the Internet era and its corresponding principles. In order to reflect the practical application value of the above theoretical research, this paper also tries to analyze the challenges that Chinese government departments face when they perform their duty to maintain national security in the Internet age. Referring to and drawing lessons from the practical experience of foreign governments in dealing with this challenge, from further enhancing the national security consciousness, reasonably guiding public opinion, strengthening the supervision of Internet security, Six aspects, such as popularizing national security education, are put forward to deal with the challenge.
