萬眾云創(chuàng)新無邊界特征及運作邏輯研究——以微信“眾創(chuàng)”生態(tài)為例

【摘要】:云創(chuàng)新與萬眾創(chuàng)新具有內(nèi)在一致性,內(nèi)涵基本相同,均要求組織邊界模糊、內(nèi)外部資源整合以及全方位、全時空、全社會、全要素創(chuàng)新。傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新模式由于自有資源限制,研發(fā)周期長,很難快速取得創(chuàng)新成果;無邊界的萬眾云創(chuàng)新模式可以整合企業(yè)內(nèi)外部的無邊界資源,將創(chuàng)新過程階段化,充分利用創(chuàng)新主體的多重身份,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品快速創(chuàng)新。并且,萬眾云創(chuàng)新模式可以源源不斷地吸引主體加入到產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和價值創(chuàng)造過程中來,形成利益導(dǎo)向機(jī)制、互動反饋機(jī)制和動態(tài)學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制,打造穩(wěn)定、交互和不斷向前的云生態(tài),微信"眾創(chuàng)"生態(tài)的形成很好地體現(xiàn)了這一運作邏輯。
[Abstract]:Cloud innovation and mass innovation have internal consistency and the same connotation. They all require vague organizational boundaries, integration of internal and external resources, and all-dimensional, space-time, whole society, and all-factor innovation. Because of the limitation of its own resources and the long research and development cycle, the traditional innovation mode is difficult to obtain the innovation results quickly. The boundless multi-cloud innovation model can integrate the boundless resources inside and outside the enterprise, and make the innovation process stage. Make full use of the multiple identities of the main body of innovation to achieve rapid product innovation. Moreover, the multi-cloud innovation model can continuously attract the main body to join in the process of product innovation and value creation, and form a benefit oriented mechanism, an interactive feedback mechanism and a dynamic learning mechanism to create stability. Interactive and forward cloud ecology, the formation of WeChat's "Zhongchuang" ecology reflects this logic well.
