基于主動立體監(jiān)控手段的運維體系研究

【摘要】:隨著移動通信技術的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的新技術被應用到移動通信領域,TD-SCDMA技術逐漸成熟,并已形成規(guī)模,TD-LTE也正在磨刀立馬,在不久將大面積建設。各運營商相互間在比拼技術和服務質量,旨在為客戶提供更成熟和穩(wěn)定通信服務從而吸引更多的新客戶。 在此背景下,如何能夠提供穩(wěn)定高效的移動通信網(wǎng)絡服務,是北京移動一直在研究的課題。傳統(tǒng)的以移動網(wǎng)絡設備為出發(fā)點的網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)控和維護工作,已經(jīng)不能滿足于現(xiàn)今的移動通信發(fā)展需要,為此,北京移動以客戶感知為根本,從網(wǎng)絡性能角度監(jiān)控為出發(fā)點,提出了主動立體監(jiān)控項目的概念。從傳統(tǒng)的基于網(wǎng)元的以KPI為中心的管理向以客戶感知為導向的端到端的業(yè)務實現(xiàn)管理轉變,出現(xiàn)問題及時發(fā)現(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題高效解決,同時通過預防性的網(wǎng)絡維護和網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化,排查網(wǎng)絡隱患,降低問題發(fā)生概率。 優(yōu)秀的監(jiān)控體系需要高效的流程來運行,在保證各網(wǎng)絡部門間的合同協(xié)作的同時,促進網(wǎng)絡故障處理的每個環(huán)節(jié)都高效運行起來。本文采用項目管理中的流程管理的相關知識,從流程管理角度對北京移動的主動立體監(jiān)控項目進行研究,引入流程管理的理念,從多角度分析主動立體監(jiān)控項目,最后建設一套適合該項目的流程體系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of mobile communication technology, more and more new technologies have been applied to the field of mobile communications, TD-SCDMA technology has gradually matured, and has formed a scale of TD-LTE is also being sharpened immediately, in the near future will be a large area of construction. Operators compete with each other in terms of technology and quality of service in order to provide more mature and stable communication services to attract more new customers. In this context, how can we provide stable and efficient mobile communication network services? Beijing Mobile has been studying the subject. The traditional network monitoring and maintenance based on mobile network equipment can not meet the needs of mobile communication development. Therefore, Beijing Mobile takes customer perception as the basis and network performance monitoring as the starting point. The concept of active stereoscopic monitoring project is put forward. From the traditional management based on KPI to the client-aware end-to-end service management, the problems can be found in time, and the problems can be solved efficiently. At the same time, through preventive network maintenance and network optimization, The excellent monitoring system needs efficient flow to run, while ensuring the contract cooperation among the network departments, promoting each link of the network fault processing to run efficiently at the same time. Based on the knowledge of process management in project management, this paper studies the active stereoscopic monitoring project of Beijing Mobile from the point of view of process management, introduces the concept of process management, and analyzes the active stereoscopic monitoring project from multiple angles. Finally, a set of process system suitable for the project is built.
