天翼終端公司進(jìn)銷存項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)和優(yōu)化

【摘要】:本文選取天翼終端公司進(jìn)銷存項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象,通過深入研究該項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作、績(jī)效評(píng)估及其優(yōu)化實(shí)施,為企業(yè)的物流、資金流和信息流的整合提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)。針對(duì)課題特點(diǎn),將項(xiàng)目管理理論、模糊偏好關(guān)系群決策理論、多層次灰色評(píng)價(jià)理論用于課題的研究,采用模型分析、定量分析和定性分析相結(jié)合的方法,分模塊、分階段地對(duì)進(jìn)銷存項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了研究。 論文首先針對(duì)天翼終端公司進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),分別從采購管理、庫存管理、銷售管理三個(gè)模塊,闡述三者的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)和業(yè)務(wù)流程重組,結(jié)合圖表分析和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),,研究了終端進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)的模塊設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。 其次,本文從IT項(xiàng)目全生命周期管理的角度出發(fā),按照項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)、計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行、收尾等四個(gè)階段順序,將項(xiàng)目管理理論和進(jìn)銷存項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過程相結(jié)合,并運(yùn)用常見的項(xiàng)目管理工具,分析和研究了實(shí)施方和客戶方在項(xiàng)目全生命周期內(nèi)的管理和運(yùn)作流程。 再次,作為對(duì)IT項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后評(píng)價(jià)的專門研究,本文建立了天翼終端公司進(jìn)銷存項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用多層次灰色理論構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施績(jī)效評(píng)估模型,并運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個(gè)模型的運(yùn)算。 最后,根據(jù)進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,分析進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)所存在的問題,并提出了具體的優(yōu)化思路和解決方案,同時(shí)從技術(shù)管理角度出發(fā),結(jié)合IT業(yè)內(nèi)最新技術(shù)發(fā)展成果和趨勢(shì)(3A技術(shù)、智能終端、云計(jì)算等),指明天翼終端公司進(jìn)銷存項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施成果的優(yōu)化方向,并預(yù)測(cè)了其發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:This paper selects Tianyi Terminal Company as the research object, through the in-depth study of the operation of the project, performance evaluation and its optimization implementation, for the integration of logistics, capital flow and information flow to provide reference and guidance. According to the characteristics of the project, the project management theory, the fuzzy preference relation group decision theory and the multi-level grey evaluation theory are applied to the research of the subject. The method of combining model analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is adopted, which is divided into modules. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the purchasing, selling and storage system of Tianyi Terminal Company, this paper expounds the function realization and business process reengineering of the three modules, which are purchasing management, inventory management and sales management. Combined with chart analysis and data statistics, this paper studies the module design and implementation of terminal purchasing, selling and storage system. Secondly, this paper starts from the perspective of IT project life cycle management, according to the four stages of project start, plan, execution, and end. Combining the project management theory with the implementation process of the project, and using the common project management tools, this paper analyzes and studies the management and operation process of the implementers and the clients in the whole life cycle of the project. As a special research on the post-implementation evaluation of IT projects, this paper establishes the performance evaluation index system of Tianyi terminal company's purchasing, marketing and storage projects, and constructs the implementation performance evaluation model of the projects by using the multi-level grey theory. Finally, according to the actualization situation of the system, the problems existing in the system are analyzed, and the concrete optimization ideas and solutions are put forward, at the same time, from the point of view of technical management, the paper puts forward the solution of the whole model. Combined with the latest technological development achievements and trends in IT industry, such as 3A technology, intelligent terminal, cloud computing, etc., this paper points out the optimization direction of the implementation results of Tianyi terminal company's purchasing, marketing and storage projects, and forecasts its development prospects.
