【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)各級(jí)政府門戶網(wǎng)站、高校檔案網(wǎng)站及其他公共檔案機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)水平不斷提高,通過(guò)檔案網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)的利用,檔案工作得到了更多的社會(huì)關(guān)注,促進(jìn)了社會(huì)檔案意識(shí)的形成,服務(wù)水平有較大提高。相反,由于企業(yè)這一組織的公益性與社會(huì)服務(wù)性較弱,不具備建設(shè)開放型檔案網(wǎng)站的條件,致使企業(yè)檔案工作基本局限在企業(yè)內(nèi)部,充當(dāng)著“無(wú)名英雄”的角色,限制了企業(yè)檔案功能的發(fā)揮,使其在整個(gè)檔案工作體系中稍顯弱勢(shì)。與此同時(shí),隨著新時(shí)期信息傳播方式的變化以及電子商務(wù)如火如荼的開展,企業(yè)網(wǎng)站建設(shè)日益受到企業(yè)重視,成為企業(yè)增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有力武器。各個(gè)企業(yè)通過(guò)網(wǎng)站發(fā)布信息,開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷,進(jìn)行自我推介。企業(yè)網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)數(shù)量與質(zhì)量不斷提高,為社會(huì)與企業(yè)創(chuàng)造的效益也有目共睹。 企業(yè)檔案是真實(shí)反映企業(yè)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的原始記錄,與一般信息相比,可信度更高,更具說(shuō)服力,凝聚著企業(yè)一代代勞動(dòng)者的辛勤與智慧,體現(xiàn)著企業(yè)的文化積淀與核心價(jià)值觀念。結(jié)合企業(yè)檔案工作目前面臨的困境考慮,將企業(yè)網(wǎng)站與企業(yè)檔案結(jié)合起來(lái),不僅能夠更好的發(fā)揮網(wǎng)站的推廣效果,還能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)檔案工作提供走到臺(tái)前的機(jī)會(huì)。文章通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)網(wǎng)站的調(diào)查分析,提出在企業(yè)網(wǎng)站中利用檔案元素來(lái)擴(kuò)大企業(yè)檔案工作的影響,體現(xiàn)企業(yè)檔案的價(jià)值,同時(shí)為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造文化效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 文章首先對(duì)企業(yè)網(wǎng)站的概念與價(jià)值進(jìn)行了概述,并在分析企業(yè)網(wǎng)站與檔案元素的關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)在企業(yè)網(wǎng)站中利用檔案元素產(chǎn)生的效益進(jìn)行探討；其次以國(guó)內(nèi)外著名企業(yè)的網(wǎng)站為調(diào)查對(duì)象,分析企業(yè)網(wǎng)站中檔案元素的利用特點(diǎn)與不足以及檔案元素在企業(yè)網(wǎng)站中發(fā)揮的作用；再次,結(jié)合前文提出的不足之處與企業(yè)檔案工作面臨的不利因素,提出新機(jī)遇下企業(yè)檔案工作的建議,從企業(yè)、檔案部門、檔案工作者幾個(gè)方面尋找突破點(diǎn),以達(dá)到充分發(fā)揮檔案元素作用,提升檔案工作價(jià)值,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化效益的目的；最后提出在企業(yè)網(wǎng)站中利用檔案元素的根本意義是助力企業(yè)檔案信息化的發(fā)展。二者在原則、核心環(huán)節(jié)、遭遇的困境等方面有很多共同點(diǎn),或者說(shuō)企業(yè)檔案實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)利用是企業(yè)檔案信息化建設(shè)的必然要求,這是推動(dòng)企業(yè)檔案信息化的基礎(chǔ),文章最后提出了企業(yè)檔案信息化建設(shè)的評(píng)價(jià)體系,希望借此體系來(lái)對(duì)檔案元素利用工作加以評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the construction level of the websites of government portals , archives websites and other public archives institutions at various levels of our country has been continuously improved . With the use of the archives website platform , the archives work has been more and more concerned , which has promoted the formation and service level of the social archives consciousness . In the meantime , as the information transmission mode of the enterprise is weak , the construction of the enterprise ' s archives becomes more and more important . At the same time , the construction quantity and quality of the enterprise ' s website are constantly improved with the change of the information transmission mode in the new period and the development of electronic commerce .

The enterprise archives are the original records which truly reflect the activities of the enterprise . Compared with the general information , the credibility is higher , more persuasive , and the hard work and the wisdom of the workers in the enterprise are combined . The enterprise website is combined with the enterprise archives , which can not only better play the promotion effect of the web site , but also provide the opportunity for the enterprise archives work to go to the pre - stage .

Firstly , the concept and the value of the enterprise website are summarized , and the benefits of using the file elements in the enterprise website are discussed on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the enterprise website and the file element ;
Secondly , using the websites of famous enterprises at home and abroad as the object of investigation , the paper analyzes the features and disadvantages of the use of the file elements in the enterprise website and the role of the file elements in the enterprise website .
Thirdly , according to the disadvantages of the previous paper and the unfavorable factors that the enterprise archives work , the paper puts forward the suggestion of the enterprise archives work in the new opportunity , and looks for the breakthrough point from several aspects of the enterprise , the file department and the file worker , so as to bring into full play the role of the file element , improve the value of the archives work and create the economic and cultural benefit for the enterprise ;
At last , it is pointed out that the basic meaning of using the file element in the enterprise website is to help the development of the archives information of the enterprise . Both in the principle , the core link and the difficult situation encountered , there are many common points , or the enterprise archives realize the network utilization is the inevitable requirement of the enterprise archives information construction . This is the basis for pushing the enterprise archives information construction . Finally , the paper puts forward the evaluation system of the enterprise archives information construction , and hopes that the system will be used to evaluate the utilization of the file elements .
