【摘要】：根據(jù)上市地點(diǎn)對中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行劃分,比較在中美兩國上市的中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司無形資產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀�；�2013—2015年的數(shù)據(jù)從無形資產(chǎn)分類、結(jié)構(gòu)、研發(fā)強(qiáng)度和研發(fā)效率四方面進(jìn)行對比分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),目前在中國上市的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司存在無形資產(chǎn)確認(rèn)范圍窄、總量投入不足、結(jié)構(gòu)尚需改善、研發(fā)投入欠缺等問題。
[Abstract]:According to the location of Chinese Internet companies, the status quo of Chinese Internet companies listed in China and the United States is compared. Based on the data from 2013-2015, this paper makes a comparative analysis from four aspects of intangible assets classification, structure, R & D intensity and R & D efficiency. The results show that Internet companies listed in China have a narrow scope of recognition of intangible assets and insufficient total investment. The structure still needs to be improved, research and development investment is insufficient and so on.
