【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,廣大農(nóng)民如何從浩瀚的信息海洋中迅速有效地獲取所需信息和知識(shí),成為目前農(nóng)村信息服務(wù)中面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。本研究以強(qiáng)大的農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)庫群為資源保障,運(yùn)用知識(shí)管理與信息推送兩大核心技術(shù),采用四層分布網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建了具有強(qiáng)大服務(wù)能力、以農(nóng)民為中心的新型農(nóng)村信息服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能把紛繁復(fù)雜的農(nóng)村信息轉(zhuǎn)化為農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)庫,并主動(dòng)推送服務(wù)于農(nóng)村基層各類需求者,具有重要的實(shí)際意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the Internet, how to obtain the required information and knowledge quickly and effectively from the vast ocean of information has become a realistic problem in the rural information service. In this study, the strong agricultural knowledge base group is used as the resource guarantee, the knowledge management and information push technology are used, and the four-layer distributed network structure is adopted to design the powerful service ability. A new rural information service management system with farmers as the center. The system can transform the complicated rural information into agricultural knowledge base and push it to serve all kinds of rural people at the grass-roots level. It has important practical significance and application value.
