【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,廣大農(nóng)民如何從浩瀚的信息海洋中迅速有效地獲取所需信息和知識,成為目前農(nóng)村信息服務中面臨的現(xiàn)實問題。本研究以強大的農(nóng)業(yè)知識庫群為資源保障,運用知識管理與信息推送兩大核心技術,采用四層分布網(wǎng)絡結構設計,構建了具有強大服務能力、以農(nóng)民為中心的新型農(nóng)村信息服務管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能把紛繁復雜的農(nóng)村信息轉化為農(nóng)業(yè)知識庫,并主動推送服務于農(nóng)村基層各類需求者,具有重要的實際意義和應用價值。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the Internet, how to obtain the required information and knowledge quickly and effectively from the vast ocean of information has become a realistic problem in the rural information service. In this study, the strong agricultural knowledge base group is used as the resource guarantee, the knowledge management and information push technology are used, and the four-layer distributed network structure is adopted to design the powerful service ability. A new rural information service management system with farmers as the center. The system can transform the complicated rural information into agricultural knowledge base and push it to serve all kinds of rural people at the grass-roots level. It has important practical significance and application value.
