【摘要】：項目管理是管理學(xué)范疇的一個比較新的領(lǐng)域,是為了合理的計劃、協(xié)調(diào)并控制一個項目的成功完成。質(zhì)量管理是項目管理的核心理論之一。項目質(zhì)量規(guī)劃、項目質(zhì)量控制和項目質(zhì)量保證貫穿了整個項目管理的全過程,只有對這種方法真正實行才能夠有效的控制項目的質(zhì)量。項目中的所有活動和資源都必須接受計劃和控制,只有這樣才能保證達到節(jié)約成本、提高效率、保證質(zhì)量的目的。 本論文以項目質(zhì)量管理的理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合項目管理的知識系統(tǒng)和多年從事集團客戶工作的經(jīng)驗,通過對河北移動公司集團客戶忠誠度提升項目的分析,制定相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量管理計劃與要求,按照要求完成各個階段的活動,控制項目進度按計劃開展,從而保證項目按期完成,最終使得項目質(zhì)量得到保障,為以后類似項目的開展提供參考建議。
[Abstract]:Project management is a relatively new field in the field of management, which aims at rational planning, coordination and control of the successful completion of a project. Quality management is one of the core theories of project management. Project quality planning, project quality control and project quality assurance run through the whole process of project management. Only by implementing this method can the quality of the project be effectively controlled. All activities and resources in the project must be planned and controlled to ensure cost savings, efficiency and quality. Under the guidance of the theory of project quality management, combined with the knowledge system of project management and many years' experience in group customer work, this paper analyzes the project of improving customer loyalty of Hebei Mobile Corporation Group. Make the corresponding quality management plan and requirements, complete the activities of each stage according to the requirements, control the progress of the project to carry out according to the plan, so as to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, and finally ensure the quality of the project. For the future development of similar projects to provide reference advice.
