【摘要】：分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展正在改變并重構(gòu)著人們的社會關(guān)系,是推進(jìn)社會進(jìn)步與公平的有益嘗試。著重從人際關(guān)系、個人與群體間雇傭與歸屬關(guān)系,以及不同階層群體的流動關(guān)系等角度出發(fā),分析了分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展在緩解社會標(biāo)簽化、增進(jìn)社會信任、形成多元的雇傭關(guān)系、重置社會身份與歸屬、暢通流動渠道等方面的重要意義。
[Abstract]:The development of sharing economy is changing and reconstructing people's social relations, which is a beneficial attempt to promote social progress and equity. From the perspectives of interpersonal relationship, employment and belonging between individuals and groups, and the mobility of different social strata, this paper analyzes the role of the development of sharing economy in alleviating social labelling, promoting social trust, and forming a pluralistic employment relationship. Reset social identity and ownership, smooth flow channels and other aspects of significance.
