【摘要】：在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產業(yè)開放式創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下,知識在企業(yè)、科研院所和顧客等不同主體之間的流動有利于提高產業(yè)整體創(chuàng)新績效。在Nakano提出的知識流動SECI模型的基礎上,本文從物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產業(yè)創(chuàng)新周期的不同階段入手,對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產業(yè)跨組織知識流動從低級向高級演進的過程進行研究,著重分析了知識流動過程中顯性知識和隱性知識的轉化機理。針對不同階段跨組織知識流動的瓶頸,分別提出了政府介入知識定價、增強企業(yè)間信任并使企業(yè)知識水平協(xié)同發(fā)展、提升顧客參與創(chuàng)新程度三點管理提升措施。
[Abstract]:In the open innovation environment of the Internet of things, the flow of knowledge among different subjects, such as enterprises, research institutes and customers, is conducive to improving the overall innovation performance of the industry. On the basis of the SECI model of knowledge flow proposed by Nakano, this paper starts with the different stages of the innovation cycle of the Internet of things industry, and studies the evolution process of the cross-organizational knowledge flow of the Internet of things industry from low level to high level. The transformation mechanism of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in the process of knowledge flow is analyzed. Aiming at the bottleneck of cross-organizational knowledge flow in different stages, this paper puts forward three measures of government intervention in knowledge pricing, enhancing trust among enterprises and making enterprise knowledge level develop in coordination, and enhancing customer participation in innovation level.
