【摘要】：因蘋果提出微信贊賞轉(zhuǎn)走蘋果支付渠道方案,蘋果微信之間發(fā)生了微信贊賞支付渠道爭(zhēng)端。蘋果提出該方案意圖在于借微信支付突破自身在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)支付業(yè)務(wù)的困境。從支付服務(wù)合規(guī)性角度考慮,該方案將違反中國(guó)第三方支付相關(guān)規(guī)則,這也是微信拒絕該方案的重要原因。在中國(guó)現(xiàn)有支付規(guī)則體系之下,未來蘋果支付只有可能選擇申請(qǐng)或不申請(qǐng)第三方支付牌照這兩種突圍策略。然而,無論何種策略都無助于蘋果支付突圍目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。這或?qū)⒋偈固O果與微信重新回到談判桌前,以協(xié)商方式解決爭(zhēng)端。
[Abstract]:A dispute over the payment channel between WeChat and WeChat has arisen over Apple's proposal to transfer WeChat's appreciation to Apple's payment channel. Apple's proposal is intended to break through the plight of its payment business in China with WeChat Pay. From the point of view of payment service compliance, the scheme will violate Chinese third-party payment rules, which is also an important reason why WeChat rejected the scheme. Under China's current payment rules, Apple will only have to choose whether to apply for or not to apply for a third-party payment licence in the future. Neither strategy, however, will help Apple achieve its goal of breaking through. That could prompt Apple and WeChat to return to the negotiating table and settle the dispute through negotiation.
