【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)作為現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的重要發(fā)展方向之一,在引發(fā)一場思維革命的同時(shí)改變著人們考察世界的方式方法,以前所未有的速度引起社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、學(xué)術(shù)、科研、國防、軍事等領(lǐng)域的深刻變革。大數(shù)據(jù)之所以能夠引起各行業(yè)的變革,并不僅僅因?yàn)楸旧頂?shù)據(jù)的龐大,最重要的是大數(shù)據(jù)所蘊(yùn)含的巨大價(jià)值。目前人們對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理往往局限于大數(shù)據(jù)的常規(guī)運(yùn)用,大數(shù)據(jù)的價(jià)值并沒有完全得到“釋放”,所以筆者認(rèn)為大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值的完全“釋放”需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行孵化。本文在收集、過濾、整理大量大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值孵化案例的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例研究法、全樣本分析法深入研究大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值孵化的共性特征,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值孵化本質(zhì)上可以抽象為由孕育、萌發(fā)、膨脹和突破等四個(gè)階段所構(gòu)成的線性過程,對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值的孵化則需具備數(shù)據(jù)匯集、數(shù)據(jù)分析、常規(guī)運(yùn)用、轉(zhuǎn)移運(yùn)用和大數(shù)據(jù)思維等相關(guān)能力;(2)大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值孵化主要表現(xiàn)為自主創(chuàng)新、接力創(chuàng)新、眾包和創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟四種模式,且根據(jù)四種孵化模式對(duì)創(chuàng)新主體的要求歸納出激進(jìn)式選擇、折衷式選擇、取巧式選擇和保守式選擇這四種選擇機(jī)制;(3)大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值孵化不僅需要孵化主體具備相應(yīng)的孵化能力,而且需要相應(yīng)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和支持政策的配合。本文希望通過對(duì)社會(huì)大數(shù)據(jù)的價(jià)值孵化研究,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值孵化的普適性規(guī)律,為基于大數(shù)據(jù)的創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新主體的戰(zhàn)略決策、政府政策制定等提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Big data, as one of the important development directions of modern information technology, has changed the way people inspect the world while triggering a revolution in thinking, causing social, economic, academic, scientific research, national defense at an unprecedented speed. Profound changes in the military and other fields Big data is able to cause changes in various industries not only because of the huge data, but also because of the great value contained in big data. At present, the analysis of big data is often limited to the conventional use of big data, the value of big data has not been completely "released", so the author thinks that the complete "release" of the value of big data needs to be incubated. On the basis of collecting, filtering and sorting out a large number of cases of big data value incubation, this paper uses literature research, case study and full sample analysis to deeply study the common characteristics of the value incubation of big data. The study found that the value incubation of big data can in essence be abstracted as a linear process composed of four stages: gestation, germination, expansion and breakthrough. For the incubation of the value of big data, it is necessary to have data collection, data analysis, and routine application. The value incubation of big data is mainly manifested in four modes: independent innovation, relay innovation, crowdsourcing and innovation alliance, and the radical choice is concluded according to the requirements of the four incubating modes to the innovation subject, such as independent innovation, relay innovation, crowdsourcing and innovation alliance. The four selection mechanisms of eclectic choice, dexterous selection and conservative selection are as follows: big data's value hatching requires not only the corresponding incubation ability of the incubator, but also the cooperation of the infrastructure and supporting policies. This paper hopes that through the study of social big data's value incubation, we can find the universal law of the value incubation of big data, and provide a reference for the innovation and industrial development, the strategic decision of innovation subject, the government policy making and so on.
