【摘要】：智慧城市建設(shè)就是構(gòu)建智能化的新型社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、生態(tài)關(guān)系。智慧城市建設(shè)首先需要技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),但更需要把智能技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)現(xiàn)空間建設(shè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展所需要的智慧功能,即智能技術(shù)功能化。智慧城市建設(shè)的功能化創(chuàng)新比較突出地體現(xiàn)在分形化、開源化、海綿化三個(gè)方面。智能技術(shù)功能化的效果判斷要看是否具有生長(zhǎng)性和可持續(xù)性前景,判斷這種成長(zhǎng)前景的一個(gè)重要概念是"場(chǎng)景"化,即創(chuàng)造新的生活場(chǎng)景,使智能技術(shù)應(yīng)用改變現(xiàn)有的生活形態(tài)和空間形態(tài)。新場(chǎng)景的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)是智能技術(shù)應(yīng)用的活態(tài)化,社會(huì)管理景觀是公共空間與公共平臺(tái)智能化運(yùn)行的"新常態(tài)"化,新的人文生態(tài)景觀是指日常生活環(huán)境中文化氛圍的重構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The construction of intelligent city is the construction of intelligent new social economy, culture and ecological relationship. The construction of intelligent city needs the technical foundation first, but it needs to transform the intelligent technology into the intelligent function, that is, the function of intelligent technology, which is needed to realize the innovation and development of space construction. The functional innovation of intelligent city construction is embodied in three aspects: fractal, open-source and sponge. The effect of intelligent technology functionalization depends on whether it has the prospect of growth and sustainability. One of the important concepts to judge this growth prospect is "scene", that is, to create a new life scene. Make intelligent technology application change existing life form and space form. The technical basis of the new scene is the application of intelligent technology, the social management landscape is the "new normal" of the intelligent operation of public space and public platform, and the new humanistic ecological landscape refers to the reconstruction of the cultural atmosphere in the daily living environment.
