【摘要】：我國正在實(shí)施的脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn),面臨著要素投入邊際效益遞減與信息通訊技術(shù)加速取代傳統(tǒng)崗位并存的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,應(yīng)填平數(shù)字鴻溝、普惠數(shù)字紅利,在貧困地區(qū)努力完善"非數(shù)字配套機(jī)制"。
[Abstract]:Our country is carrying out the war of overcoming poverty, facing the severe challenge of decreasing marginal benefit of factor input and accelerating the replacement of traditional posts with information and communication technology.Therefore, we should bridge the digital divide, inclusive digital dividend, and strive to improve the "non-digital matching mechanism" in poor areas.
