【摘要】：信息化是當(dāng)今世界發(fā)展的主要方向,是當(dāng)今推動經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型的重要力量,是中國加速實現(xiàn)兩化融合的必然選擇,也是吉林省發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的必要條件。只有堅定地以信息化帶動工業(yè)化,以工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化,才能使信息化與工業(yè)化的融合更加完善。近幾年來,最然國內(nèi)外有很多關(guān)于信息化和工業(yè)化的研究,但主要研究關(guān)于新型工業(yè)化、工業(yè)化發(fā)展模式和信息化測評等方面,還沒有對于吉林省兩化深度融合路徑的研究。國家提出振興東北老工業(yè)基地,為吉林省的兩化融合提供了寶貴的歷史機(jī)遇。吉林省信息化和工業(yè)化的融合,要始終堅持以信息化帶動工業(yè)化、用工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化的方針,加快應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的程度,使實現(xiàn)吉林省兩化融合發(fā)展更有效率。吉林省作為工業(yè)大省,不可避免會面臨一些傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)的束縛,在兩化融合的發(fā)展過程中要想突破傳統(tǒng)思維的瓶頸,就要不斷進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計,為吉林省推進(jìn)兩化融合提供支持和保障。本文首先概述了吉林省兩化融合的研究目的和意義,接著分析了國內(nèi)外信息化和工業(yè)化融合的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)吉林省信息化和工業(yè)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,針對吉林省信息化和工業(yè)化的融合程度,首先對吉林省兩化融合的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,提出吉林省目前兩化融合擁有的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,和外部影響給吉林省所帶來的機(jī)會和威脅,本文根據(jù)吉林省內(nèi)市區(qū)的主要經(jīng)營產(chǎn)業(yè)的不同,對不同市區(qū)的兩化融合的特殊性進(jìn)行路徑建議,本文選擇了汽車制造產(chǎn)業(yè)、食品產(chǎn)業(yè)和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)三個目前比較有發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠a(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,提出促進(jìn)此行業(yè)有效進(jìn)行兩化融合的實用建議,從而來推動吉林省加快信息化和工業(yè)化的融合。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the main direction of the development of the world today. It is an important force to promote the economic and social development and transformation. It is the inevitable choice for China to accelerate the realization of the integration of the two policies, and is also the necessary condition for Jilin Province to develop its economy.Only by firmly driving industrialization with informationization and promoting informatization with industrialization can the integration of informatization and industrialization be more perfect.The national proposal to revitalize the northeast old industrial base provides a valuable historical opportunity for the integration of the two industries in Jilin Province.The integration of information technology and industrialization in Jilin Province should always adhere to the policy of promoting industrialization with information technology, accelerate the application of information technology to transform the traditional industry, and make the realization of the integration of the two industries of Jilin Province more efficient.Jilin Province, as a major industrial province, will inevitably face the shackles of some traditional manufacturing industries. In order to break through the bottleneck of traditional thinking in the development of the integration of the two industries, it is necessary to continuously carry out innovative design.Jilin Province to promote the integration of the two to provide support and protection.This paper first summarizes the purpose and significance of the integration of Jilin Province, then analyzes the current situation of the integration of information and industrialization at home and abroad, according to the current situation of information and industrialization in Jilin Province.In view of the degree of integration of information and industrialization in Jilin Province, firstly, the SWOT analysis is carried out on the present situation of the integration of the two industries in Jilin Province, and the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of the two kinds of transformation in Jilin Province are put forward.And the opportunities and threats that the external influence brings to Jilin Province, according to the difference of the main operating industries in the urban areas of Jilin Province, this paper makes a path suggestion on the particularity of the integration of the two cities in different urban areas, and this paper chooses the automobile manufacturing industry.The three potential industries of food industry and tourism industry are analyzed in detail, and the practical suggestions to promote the integration of the two industries are put forward to speed up the integration of information and industrialization in Jilin Province.
