【摘要】：縱覽國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，當(dāng)今國內(nèi)外學(xué)者專門針對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在電子政務(wù)中的影響以及應(yīng)用分析還比較少，從當(dāng)前應(yīng)用來看，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和電子政務(wù)的結(jié)合也還是處在起步階段。近幾年，隨著智慧社區(qū)、智慧城市、感知中國的出現(xiàn)，政務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求和潛在需求不斷深化，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)將會(huì)深入推動(dòng)國家電子政務(wù)建設(shè)在更高層面、向更廣領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。 本文通過總結(jié)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在各行業(yè)的應(yīng)用模式、借鑒國內(nèi)外電子政務(wù)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吸收成熟的“以客戶為中心”的公共管理理論、緊密結(jié)合當(dāng)前建設(shè)服務(wù)型政府的先進(jìn)理念，探索順應(yīng)國際發(fā)展趨勢和適合我國國情的物聯(lián)政務(wù)應(yīng)用模式。主要成果包括：一是結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展和電子政務(wù)的發(fā)展，分析物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)電子政務(wù)的影響，認(rèn)為物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在電子政務(wù)中的應(yīng)用發(fā)展是必然趨勢，，而且必將推動(dòng)電子政務(wù)進(jìn)入物聯(lián)政務(wù)時(shí)代，它將對(duì)政府管理和新型城鎮(zhèn)化政務(wù)建設(shè)產(chǎn)生革命性的影響；二是結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)架構(gòu)和電子政務(wù)架構(gòu)，提出物聯(lián)政務(wù)的三層架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；三是結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)模式和電子政務(wù)不同階段的業(yè)務(wù)模型，進(jìn)行物聯(lián)政務(wù)應(yīng)用模式的分析；四是緊扣時(shí)代主題和焦點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)探討了新型城鎮(zhèn)化物聯(lián)政務(wù)應(yīng)用模式和城鄉(xiāng)一體化概念中的社區(qū)物聯(lián)政務(wù)應(yīng)用模式；五是進(jìn)一步對(duì)中國物聯(lián)政務(wù)應(yīng)用方面的問題提出參考性對(duì)策或建議，認(rèn)為有必要加快我國的物聯(lián)政務(wù)方面的立法體系和保障體系，建設(shè)我國的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)中心和物聯(lián)政務(wù)中心。
[Abstract]:At home and abroad, scholars at home and abroad focus on the impact of the Internet of things in e-government and application analysis is relatively few, from the current application, the combination of Internet of things and e-government is still in its infancy.In recent years, with the emergence of intelligent communities, intelligent cities, perceived China, and the deepening of the actual and potential needs of government business, the Internet of things will further promote the construction of national e-government in a higher level, to a wider range of development.This paper summarizes the application mode of Internet of things in various industries, draws lessons from the successful experience of e-government at home and abroad, absorbs the mature "customer-centered" public management theory, and closely combines the advanced concept of building service-oriented government.This paper explores the application mode of Life-matter Government which conforms to the international development trend and adapts to the situation of our country.The main achievements include: first, combining the development of the Internet of things and the development of e-government, the paper analyzes the influence of the Internet of things on e-government, and thinks that the application and development of the Internet of things in e-government is an inevitable trend.Moreover, it will certainly push e-government into the era of materialistic government affairs, which will have a revolutionary impact on government management and the construction of new urbanization government affairs, second, it will bring forward the three-tier structure design of material-linked government based on the framework of Internet of things and e-government.Third, combining the business model of the Internet of things and the business model of different stages of e-government, to analyze the application mode of Life-of-things government affairs; fourth, to closely follow the theme and focus of the times.The paper mainly discusses the application mode of the new urbanization and the concept of urban-rural integration. Fifth, it puts forward the reference countermeasures or suggestions to the problems in the application of the Chinese government affairs.It is necessary to speed up the legislative system and guarantee system in China, and to build the Internet of things data center and the administrative center.
