【摘要】：近年來,共享經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種新型經(jīng)濟(jì)模式在我國(guó)獲得了迅猛的發(fā)展,所涉及領(lǐng)域的廣度和深度都在不斷拓展,與廣大人民群眾生產(chǎn)生活的聯(lián)系也越來越緊密,已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中一支重要的新銳"力量"。黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)提出的"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"五大發(fā)展理念,是新時(shí)期我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)建設(shè)的行動(dòng)指南和發(fā)展目標(biāo),明確將全體人民共享改革發(fā)展成果作為各項(xiàng)工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)。盡管共享發(fā)展理念與共享經(jīng)濟(jì)模式在內(nèi)涵、目的等方面存有差異,但是由于共享經(jīng)濟(jì)能夠在有效分配資源、加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮出積極而巨大的作用,因而可以將之視為踐行共享發(fā)展理念的重要路徑之一。文章圍繞新時(shí)期如何在推動(dòng)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)健康有序發(fā)展的過程中有效落實(shí)共享發(fā)展理念,對(duì)共享發(fā)展以及共享經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)概念、內(nèi)涵等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出對(duì)我國(guó)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)模式建構(gòu)具有建設(shè)性和參考意義的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a new type of economic model, sharing economy has been developing rapidly in our country. The scope and depth of the fields involved have been continuously expanded, and the relationship with the production and life of the broad masses of the people has become more and more close.Has become our country socialism market economy in an important new sharp "power".The five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, are the operational guidelines and development goals of China's economic and social construction in the new period.Clearly all the people share the fruits of reform and development as the starting point and foothold of all work.Although there are differences between the concept of shared development and the mode of shared economy in terms of connotation and purpose, the sharing economy can play a positive and huge role in the effective allocation of resources and the strengthening of innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore, it can be regarded as one of the important ways to practice the concept of shared development.This paper focuses on how to effectively implement the concept of shared development in the process of promoting the healthy and orderly development of the shared economy in the new period, and studies the related concepts and connotations of the shared development and the shared economy.On the basis of this, some constructive and referential suggestions are put forward for the construction of China's shared economy model.
