【摘要】：隨著微電子及信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代對(duì)移動(dòng)末端速度要求越來(lái)越快,4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的大力發(fā)展,給整個(gè)通信產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來(lái)巨大的商機(jī)與挑戰(zhàn),通信產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的上下游相關(guān)企業(yè)大力布局4G市場(chǎng),通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商要提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必須對(duì)LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)項(xiàng)目加以改造和持續(xù)建設(shè),因此需要面對(duì)的問(wèn)題是,如何在LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)項(xiàng)目改造過(guò)程中快速高效的完成建設(shè)任務(wù)就成為了一個(gè)重要課題。本文在對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)管理相關(guān)理論與方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用通信建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的具體工具與可實(shí)施方法,結(jié)合目前我國(guó)LTE項(xiàng)目改擴(kuò)建實(shí)施過(guò)程中的存在遺留問(wèn)題和特殊技術(shù)工藝要求,出現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)控制等相關(guān)問(wèn)題解決方法,并且在整個(gè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施工程過(guò)程中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,最終根據(jù)實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)出一些經(jīng)驗(yàn),有了一定的效果,為項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)管理理論在通信產(chǎn)業(yè)中應(yīng)用提供了實(shí)踐案例。通過(guò)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)管理,運(yùn)用甘特圖和網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖,確定項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵工作,合理制定項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃并調(diào)整控制。在LTE網(wǎng)絡(luò)改造項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中找出關(guān)鍵因素,實(shí)施例會(huì)制度、動(dòng)態(tài)管理手段、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等手段解決溝通問(wèn)題、進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整和基站選址等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the development of microelectronics and information technology, the rapid development of 4G network in the era of mobile Internet brings great business opportunities and challenges to the whole communication industry. The upstream and downstream enterprises of the communication industry chain make great efforts to distribute 4G market. In order to improve the competitiveness of the communication operators, the LTE network project must be reformed and continuously constructed. Therefore, the problems that need to be faced are:. How to complete the construction task quickly and efficiently in the process of LTE network project transformation has become an important subject. By using the specific tools and implementable methods of communication construction project management, combined with the existing problems and special technical process requirements in the process of LTE project reconstruction and implementation in our country at present, some related problems such as dynamic control of project progress have appeared. And in the whole project implementation process of the application, finally according to the actual data, summed up some experience, has a certain effect, It provides a practical case for the application of the project dynamic management theory in the communication industry. Through the dynamic management of the project schedule, using the Gantt chart and the network plan diagram, the key work of the project is determined. Make the project schedule reasonably and adjust the control. Find out the key factors in the construction of LTE network transformation project, implement the regular meeting system, dynamic management means, technical innovation and other means to solve the communication problems. Key issues such as dynamic schedule adjustment and base station location are discussed.
