【摘要】：我國(guó)的政府信息資源管理和建設(shè)歷經(jīng)20余年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)取得了突出成就,但仍然面臨信息孤島、重復(fù)建設(shè)、投資黑洞的等諸多問題和挑戰(zhàn)。從企業(yè)架構(gòu)的視角進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合我國(guó)政府信息資源管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求和國(guó)外政府的成功實(shí)踐,論證EA在我國(guó)政府信息資源管理中應(yīng)用的必要性和可行性,指出信息共享作為信息資源管理的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)跨部門協(xié)作和公開透明的公共服務(wù)起著重要作用。對(duì)政府部門工作人員進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,探討數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)對(duì)企業(yè)架構(gòu)在我國(guó)政府信息資源管理中的應(yīng)用模式,以期為我國(guó)政府信息資源管理中面臨的問題提供可行的參考和解決方案。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years' development, China's government information resources management and construction have made outstanding achievements, but still face many problems and challenges, such as information isolated island, repeated construction, investment black hole, etc. Combining with the actual demand of our government information resource management and the successful practice of foreign governments, this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of EA application in our government information resource management, and points out that information sharing is the key link of information resource management. This paper investigates the application of data structure to the management of government information resources in our country, and makes a questionnaire survey on the public service, which is an inter-departmental collaboration and an open and transparent public service, and discusses the application of data structure to the management of government information resources in China. In order to provide a feasible reference and solution for the problems faced by our government information resources management.
