【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來,信息逐漸成為社會組織和個(gè)人交流溝通的重要載體,信息服務(wù)的水平和服務(wù)的質(zhì)量在智慧城市發(fā)展和建設(shè)過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。智慧城市作為現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)簽,逐漸成為現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展和成長的典范和標(biāo)桿。智慧城市借助新一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)以及云計(jì)算等新興技術(shù),在城市服務(wù)功能方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用,扮演者重要的角色。本文以智慧城市信息服務(wù)潛力作為研究對象,對智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行評價(jià)。在分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀并進(jìn)行述評的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了本文的研究框架和研究內(nèi)容,分析了研究方法和論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),從而為本研究奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。首先,闡釋了智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿?從智慧城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會管理和公共服務(wù)三個(gè)方面闡釋智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ臉?gòu)成內(nèi)容。從信息服務(wù)硬件因素和信息服務(wù)軟件因素兩個(gè)方面探究智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿τ绊懸蛩�。其�?從系統(tǒng)完整性、客觀可比性和動態(tài)調(diào)整性三個(gè)角度闡述分析了智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì)原則,構(gòu)建了一套智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了解析,并且構(gòu)建了基于AHP的模糊綜合評價(jià)模型智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿δＰ汀Ｔ俅?以湖南省湘潭市九華經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)智慧城市發(fā)展作為研究實(shí)例,對智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價(jià)實(shí)證研究,并對智慧城市信息服務(wù)評價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。最后,從建立完備的信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和發(fā)揮智慧城市信息的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢兩個(gè)方面來完善智慧城市信息服務(wù)的設(shè)施建設(shè),改善智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ挠绊懸蛩?增強(qiáng)智慧城市信息服務(wù)的軟件實(shí)力和硬件能力,并且從資金支持、人才保障、組織運(yùn)營三個(gè)方面,提出強(qiáng)化智慧城市信息服務(wù)發(fā)展的措施。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Internet era, information has gradually become an important carrier of communication between social organizations and individuals. The level and quality of information services play an important role in the development and construction of intelligent cities. Wisdom cities have played an important role in urban service functions with the help of new technologies such as the Internet, big data and cloud computing. This paper takes the potential of intelligent city information service as the research object, and evaluates the development potential of intelligent city information service. On the basis of analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad and commenting on it, The research framework and contents of this paper are determined, and the innovative points of the research methods and papers are analyzed, thus laying a solid foundation for this study. Firstly, the development potential of information services in intelligent cities is explained, and the economic development of intelligent cities is discussed. Social management and public service explain the components of the development potential of intelligent city information service. From the aspects of information service hardware factor and information service software factor, the paper probes into the influence factors of intelligent city information service development potential. Secondly, From three aspects of system integrity, objective comparability and dynamic adjustment, this paper analyzes the design principles of the evaluation index system for the development potential of information services in intelligent cities, and constructs a set of evaluation index system for the development potential of information services in intelligent cities. This paper analyzes the evaluation index system of intelligent city information service development potential, and constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP. Taking the development of intelligent city in Jiuhua Economic Development Zone of Xiangtan City of Hunan Province as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation of the development potential of information service in the intelligent city, and analyzes the results of the evaluation of information service in the intelligent city. From the two aspects of establishing complete information infrastructure and giving full play to the technological advantages of intelligent city information, we can perfect the facilities construction of intelligent city information service, and improve the influencing factors of the development potential of intelligent city information service. Strengthening the software strength and hardware capability of the intelligent city information service, and putting forward the measures to strengthen the development of the intelligent city information service from the aspects of fund support, talent guarantee and organization and operation.
