【摘要】：本文試圖從公務(wù)差旅消費的背景下,探索適合現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)大型央企的商旅管理新模式,基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方向,利用專業(yè)化分工理論和共享服務(wù)理論做分析,并以LT集團作為實際案例,希望通過研究為LT集團提出建設(shè)性商旅解決方案分析和實施思路。已有研究在優(yōu)化商旅管理及提高風險控制方面上有一定成果,但站在企業(yè)自身角度,對于上級母公司、省分和地市公司與自有商旅子公司之間的資源共享行為及服務(wù)模式則很匱乏。而本文則選取LT集團為案例,對不同層面內(nèi)部商旅管理的優(yōu)化進行分析和論證。因此,本文研究圍繞的問題是:企業(yè)的商旅通常面臨哪些問題?LT集團是如何具體實現(xiàn)不同層面的需求的?不同層面內(nèi)部之間又如何協(xié)同聯(lián)系?LT集團能否通過企業(yè)分子公司內(nèi)部資源優(yōu)化配置?案例的研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)商旅的管控,可通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)獲取和監(jiān)控員工出行數(shù)據(jù)管理。(2)商旅流程管理優(yōu)化主要以共享服務(wù)為依據(jù)、引入專業(yè)內(nèi)部運營團隊等方式來緩解大型央企服務(wù)支撐困境,豐富多種商旅資源渠道,滿足企業(yè)不同層次需求,并與外部優(yōu)質(zhì)資源接軌,使企業(yè)資源最優(yōu)化效應(yīng)得以發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:Under the background of official travel consumption, this paper tries to explore a new mode of business travel management suitable for the existing large central enterprises in China. Based on the strategic direction of enterprises, this paper makes an analysis by using the theory of specialization division of labor and the theory of shared service. Taking LT Group as a practical case, the author hopes to put forward a constructive business travel solution analysis and implementation thinking for LT Group through research. There are some achievements in optimizing business travel management and improving risk control. However, from the perspective of the enterprise itself, the resource sharing behavior and service mode between the parent company, provincial and prefectural companies and its own business travel subsidiaries are very scarce. And this paper chooses LT Group as a case study. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the optimization of internal business travel management at different levels. Therefore, this paper focuses on the following questions: what problems do business travel usually face? How does the LT group meet the needs at different levels? How can there be synergy between different levels? Can LT Group optimize the allocation of internal resources through sub-subsidiaries? The case study found that: 1) the management of business travel can be obtained and monitored through Internet technology. 2) the optimization of business travel process management is mainly based on shared services. This paper introduces professional internal operation team to alleviate the service support dilemma of large central enterprises, enrich various channels of business travel resources, meet the needs of different levels of enterprises, and connect with external high quality resources, so that the optimization effect of enterprise resources can be brought into play.
