【摘要】：“十三五”規(guī)劃提出“供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革”的發(fā)展主線,確定“創(chuàng)新是引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的第一動(dòng)力。必須把創(chuàng)新放在國(guó)家發(fā)展全局的核心位置”。在企業(yè)層面,如何提高創(chuàng)新能力、走創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的道路是一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題。其中,全球服務(wù)外包的發(fā)展,特別是研發(fā)外包的發(fā)展為我國(guó)提供了非常好的借鑒意義。離岸研發(fā)外包是提升自主創(chuàng)新能力的途徑之一,有助于我國(guó)軟件業(yè)企業(yè)參與全球研發(fā),獲取并積累技術(shù)及經(jīng)驗(yàn),學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)際化管理運(yùn)作模式,從而提高我國(guó)軟件業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力。本文選取我國(guó)軟件業(yè)的離岸研發(fā)外包為研究對(duì)象,具體分五章。第一章緒論,包括本文的研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容和方法等。第二章為研究綜述,分別從研發(fā)外包、吸收能力和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力三個(gè)方面對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了研究。第三章首先對(duì)我國(guó)承接軟件離岸研發(fā)外包的現(xiàn)狀作了說明；然后,基于上一章的研究,探究了承接軟件離岸研發(fā)外包對(duì)承接方技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的影響機(jī)制。第四章為基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)證研究。本章首先引入技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力中介變量,利用中介效應(yīng)模型考察承接軟件離岸研發(fā)外包對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的影響。然后采用VAR模型探究技術(shù)吸收能力與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。第五章是主要結(jié)論及對(duì)策建議。本章對(duì)全文的主要研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行歸納,并提出通過承接離岸外包提升我國(guó)軟件業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的對(duì)策建議,同時(shí)對(duì)未來研究方向進(jìn)行展望。通過研究,本文作出以下幾點(diǎn)值得關(guān)注的結(jié)論：(1)承接離岸研發(fā)外包對(duì)承接方技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)強(qiáng)弱主要取決于其技術(shù)吸收能力,提升承接方技術(shù)吸收能力能有效促進(jìn)其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的提升；(2)承接離岸研發(fā)外包過程中,技術(shù)吸收能力與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力之間存在良性互動(dòng)關(guān)系,承接離岸軟件研發(fā)外包有助于我國(guó)軟件業(yè)形成長(zhǎng)期、持續(xù)的創(chuàng)新能力；(3)承接離岸軟件研發(fā)外包過程中可能會(huì)對(duì)所承接研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)產(chǎn)生替代效應(yīng),并減少非承接研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)人員投入,從而造成我國(guó)軟件業(yè)落入“技術(shù)陷阱”。
[Abstract]:The 13th Five-Year Plan puts forward the main line of development of "supply-side structural reform," and determines that "innovation is the first driving force for leading development. Innovation must be placed at the core of the overall situation of national development." at the enterprise level, how to improve the ability to innovate? Taking the path of innovation-driven development is a real problem. Among them, the development of global service outsourcing, In particular, the development of R & D outsourcing provides a very good reference for our country. Offshore R & D outsourcing is one of the ways to enhance the independent innovation ability, which is helpful for our software industry enterprises to participate in global R & D, acquire and accumulate technology and experience. This paper chooses the offshore R & D outsourcing of our software industry as the research object, it is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, including the research background and significance of this paper. The second chapter is a summary of the research, respectively, from three aspects of R & D outsourcing, absorptive capacity and technological innovation ability to study the relevant theories. Chapter three first describes the current situation of undertaking software offshore R & D outsourcing in China. Then, based on the research in the previous chapter, this paper explores the mechanism of the impact of offshore R & D outsourcing on the technological innovation capability of the recipient. Chapter four is an empirical study based on technological innovation. This chapter firstly introduces the intermediary variables of technological innovation capability. This paper uses the intermediary effect model to investigate the influence of software offshore R & D outsourcing on innovation ability, and then uses VAR model to explore the interactive relationship between technology absorption ability and technological innovation ability. Chapter 5 is the main conclusions and countermeasures. Recommendations. This chapter summarizes the main findings of the full text, At the same time, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the technological innovation ability of software industry by undertaking offshore outsourcing, and looks forward to the future research direction. This paper makes the following conclusions that deserve attention: 1) the promotion effect of offshore R & D outsourcing on the technological innovation ability of the recipient mainly depends on its technology absorption ability. Enhancing the technological absorption capacity of the recipient can effectively promote the upgrading of its technological innovation ability. (2) in the process of undertaking offshore R & D outsourcing, there is a positive interaction between the technological absorption capacity and the technological innovation capability. Undertaking offshore software R & D outsourcing will help our software industry to form a long-term, continuous innovation capability.) in the process of undertaking offshore software R & D outsourcing, it may have a substitute effect on R & D funds in the field of R & D undertaken. And reduce R & D personnel input in non-undertaking R & D field, resulting in our software industry falling into the "technology trap".
