【摘要】：中國(guó)移動(dòng)通信集團(tuán)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱中國(guó)移動(dòng))作為我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任的代表,在研究我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任中,具有重大意義。然而,中國(guó)移動(dòng)在全球企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任名單中,距離一流的企業(yè),還有很大差距。國(guó)內(nèi)外鮮有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)中國(guó)移動(dòng)履行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的現(xiàn)狀、原因和對(duì)策案進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的調(diào)研和分析。文章通過(guò)系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)地定義中國(guó)移動(dòng)的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查實(shí)證性地發(fā)現(xiàn)公眾對(duì)于中國(guó)移動(dòng)履行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的認(rèn)知及評(píng)價(jià),客觀、深入地挖掘了中國(guó)移動(dòng)在履行社會(huì)責(zé)任中的問(wèn)題及成因,并對(duì)中國(guó)移動(dòng),乃至壟斷性國(guó)有企業(yè)提高社會(huì)責(zé)任提出了對(duì)策。文章對(duì)研究中國(guó)移動(dòng)乃至壟斷性國(guó)有企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任具有一定價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:China Mobile Communications Group (hereinafter referred to as China Mobile), as the representative of state-owned enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility, is of great significance in the study of the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises. There is still a big gap between China Mobile and the first-class enterprises in the global CSR list. There is little literature at home and abroad to systematize the current situation, reasons and countermeasures of China Mobile's implementation of corporate social responsibility. Scientific investigation and analysis. The article defines CSR of China Mobile scientifically through the system, and finds out the public's cognition and evaluation of CSR by questionnaire survey. Deeply excavating the problems and causes of China Mobile in fulfilling its social responsibility, and regarding China Mobile, Some countermeasures are put forward to improve the social responsibility of even the monopoly state-owned enterprises. This paper is of certain value to the study of the social responsibility of China Mobile and even the monopoly state-owned enterprises.
