文章摘要：目的評(píng)價(jià)中國(guó)（未包括香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)，下同）2011年兒童預(yù)防接種信息管理系統(tǒng)（Childhood Immunization Information Management System, CIIMS）實(shí)施情況。方法對(duì)中國(guó)2011年CIIMS收集的兒童預(yù)防接種個(gè)案和國(guó)家終審的用戶檔案表進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果2011年全國(guó)�。ㄗ灾螀^(qū)、直轄市，下同）級(jí)CIIMS實(shí)施率為93．55％（29／31），以縣為單位實(shí)施率為87．30％（2570／2944），，以鄉(xiāng)為單位實(shí)旌率為81．65％（35070／42950）。以縣為單位實(shí)施率≥90％的省有22個(gè)，比2010年多3個(gè)；以鄉(xiāng)為單位實(shí)施率≥80％的省有20個(gè)，比2010年多3個(gè)。東、中、西部地區(qū)以縣為單位CIIMS實(shí)施率分別為87．88％、87．91％、86．29％，以鄉(xiāng)為單位CIIMS實(shí)施率分別為82．58％、84．72％、78．20％。共有44853個(gè)預(yù)防接種單位有數(shù)據(jù)上傳權(quán)限，客戶端軟件共收集兒童個(gè)案84092417條，〈6歲兒童CIIMS覆蓋率為87．49％。結(jié)論為保證CIIMS正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，提高從業(yè)人員業(yè)務(wù)水平，增加系統(tǒng)建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入，提高數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量是非常必要的。

Abstr：Objective To evaluate the coverage of childhood immunization information management system （CIIMS） in china （not include Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Sheng） in 2011. Methods Analyzing immunization cases and users＇ file record archives in CIIMS of China 2011. Results The data indicated that 93.55% （29/31） provinces and 87.30% （2570/2944） county level and 81.65% （35 070/ 42 950） immunization site at township level submitted immunization data to the CIIMS in 2011. There were 22 provinces which implementation rate at county level is ≥ 90% in 2011, and there are 3 more provinces than in 2010. There were 20 provinces which implementation rate at township level is ~〉 80% in 2011, and 3 more than in 2010. Coverage of eastern areas, middle areas and western areas were 87.88%, 87.91%, 86.29% by county, and 82.58%, 84.72%, 78.20% by township, respectively. There are total 44853 immunization site have upload permissions, and the client software collect total of 84 092 417 cases of immunization. 87.49% Chinese children aged 〈6 years were covered in CIIMS in 2010. Conclusion To ensure normal operation of CIIMS, the professional＇ s competence should be enhanced, the funding for system-building should be increased and the data quality should be improved.
