【摘要】：伴隨著智能手機的普及和移動通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的不斷完善,越來越多的網(wǎng)民從PC端轉(zhuǎn)向移動端,這對PC端的發(fā)展造成了嚴重沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)。在PC端和移動端長期并存和相互競爭的形勢下,PC端要想突破困境尋求發(fā)展就必須轉(zhuǎn)變思維觀念以用戶為核心,準確把握用戶的行為規(guī)律和真正需求,有針對性的做出改進和提升。根據(jù)最新的一份調(diào)查研究統(tǒng)計,直到2016年6月,我國網(wǎng)民的數(shù)量已經(jīng)達到7.10億,網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻用戶數(shù)量與去年相比增加1000萬達到5.14億,用戶對網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻的使用率高達72.4%。網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻已經(jīng)成為大眾休閑娛樂的重要渠道,用戶在網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻與其他平臺的相互轉(zhuǎn)換過程中表現(xiàn)出各種各樣的用戶行為,對這些用戶行為的分析對網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻平臺的用戶管理、規(guī)劃以及業(yè)務(wù)改進甚至整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻行業(yè)的發(fā)展有重要的意義。本文從國內(nèi)最大的聚合類視頻平臺百度視頻PC端入手,首先對百度視頻PC端用戶現(xiàn)狀進行介紹。進而對用戶點擊行為這一核心用戶行為進行分類研究和特點分析,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式對影響百度視頻PC端用戶點擊行為的幾大因素進行實證研究,最后綜合以上分析提出了相應的改進建議,希望能夠?qū)Π俣纫曨lPC端的發(fā)展提供幫助,對后續(xù)的研究者提供啟發(fā)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of smart phones and the continuous improvement of mobile communication network environment, more and more Internet users turn from PC to mobile. This has caused serious impact and challenge to the development of PC terminal. In the situation that PC terminal and mobile terminal coexist and compete with each other for a long time, if the PC terminal wants to break through the predicament and seek development, it must change the thinking concept and take the user as the core. According to the latest survey and statistics, by June 2016, the number of Internet users in China had reached 710 million. The number of Internet video users has increased by 10 million to 514 million compared with last year, and the usage rate of online video is as high as 72.4 percent. Internet video has become an important channel for mass entertainment. In the process of conversion between network video and other platforms, users show a variety of user behavior. The analysis of these user behaviors to the network video platform user management, Planning and business improvement and even the development of the entire network video industry is of great significance. This paper starts with Baidu Video PC, the largest convergent video platform in China. First of all, it introduces the current situation of Baidu video PC users, and then classifies and analyzes the core user behavior of user click behavior. Through the way of questionnaire investigation, this paper makes an empirical study on several factors that affect the user's click behavior of Baidu video PC terminal. Finally, it synthesizes the above analysis and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement, hoping to provide help for the development of Baidu video PC terminal. To provide inspiration and reference to the follow-up researchers.
