【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展催生了新型的經(jīng)濟(jì)組織形式和市場競爭行為,衍生的平臺經(jīng)濟(jì)作為一種創(chuàng)新型的商業(yè)模式正在迅猛崛起。改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和價值鏈、打造“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”新生態(tài)環(huán)境的平臺經(jīng)濟(jì)被視為“服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的皇冠”且具有高度黏性,正逐漸成為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的助推器和服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新龍頭。而平臺企業(yè)處于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈高端,收益豐厚、主動權(quán)大、在競爭中處于有利地位,是平臺經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新的主力軍;同時互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺企業(yè)提供的價值多為無形服務(wù),在同質(zhì)競爭、異質(zhì)覆蓋和多方開放互動的環(huán)境中,平臺企業(yè)必須匯集各方創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),提高其在商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的生存能力和競爭力,開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。因此,研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺企業(yè)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律對推動平臺經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展具有重要意義。就開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新概念采用服務(wù)創(chuàng)新和開放式創(chuàng)新的結(jié)合,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新是內(nèi)容和目的,開放式創(chuàng)新是方式和手段;引入商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論,剖析網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的各參與方;依據(jù)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,從個體層面、組織層面和網(wǎng)絡(luò)層面論證網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成機(jī)理。本論文主要進(jìn)行了以下研究工作:首先,基于商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,從商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)視角下闡釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成的特征,構(gòu)建了基于“個體-組織-網(wǎng)絡(luò)” 3個層面的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成機(jī)理的研究框架,至此,確定了“個體-組織-網(wǎng)絡(luò)”三位一體的研究思路。其次,從個體層面出發(fā),主要研究平臺型領(lǐng)導(dǎo),選取6家代表性的企業(yè)進(jìn)行探索性案例分析,依據(jù)扎根理論依次對收集的資料進(jìn)行編碼分析,析出了平臺型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具備的特質(zhì)、思維和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,構(gòu)建了自組織管理模式下平臺型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)影響開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成的作用模型。至此,從個體層面上熟知平臺型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的特質(zhì)、思維和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力對開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響作用及關(guān)系路徑。再次,從組織層面出發(fā),利用meta文獻(xiàn)分析法廣泛搜集開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的組織層面影響因素并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,提取高頻詞匯,利用ROST CM6.0對搜集到的文獻(xiàn)結(jié)論進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)組織層面的因素之間彼此存在關(guān)聯(lián),借助專家打分法和社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法,使用Ucinet量化組織層面各影響因素在開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成中的重要性大小。至此,從組織內(nèi)部層面上掌握各影響因素對開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成的作用大小。最后,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)層面出發(fā),通過問卷調(diào)查,收集網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新中核心生態(tài)主體數(shù)據(jù),利用多元統(tǒng)計分析方法,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)在開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新過程中所采用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理模式以及治理模式和治理方式與開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。至此,從外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)層面上總結(jié)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)在開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成過程中應(yīng)采用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理模式和治理方式。主要貢獻(xiàn):(1)基于探索性多案例分析和扎根理論編碼技術(shù)析出了平臺型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所具備的特質(zhì)、思維和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,使得平臺型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的概念更具現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和說服力;(2)基于meta文獻(xiàn)分析法,將服務(wù)創(chuàng)新、開放式創(chuàng)新和開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新組織層面的影響因素引入到網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成過程中,并量化各因素的影響程度大小,實(shí)現(xiàn)了組織層面開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新影響因素的拓展;(3)基于契約理論,將關(guān)系治理和合同治理引入到網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺企業(yè)的開放式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新生成中,并用實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)支持了相關(guān)假設(shè),拓展了契約理論的應(yīng)用范圍。
[Abstract]:The development of the Internet economy spawned a new form of economic organization and market competition, derived economic platform as an innovative business model is the rapid rise. The transformation of traditional industry chain and value chain, to create a new ecological environment Internet plus "platform economy is regarded as a" service economy crown "and highly viscous that is becoming the new leading industry transformation and upgrading of the booster and the development of the service economy. And the platform for enterprises in the industrial chain of high-end, lucrative, initiative, in a favorable position in the competition, is a main force of the new economic platform; at the same time provide Internet platform for the enterprise value of intangible service, in the same competition. Heterogeneous multi coverage and open interactive platform environment, enterprises must assemble all the innovation, improve the business ecosystem viability and competitiveness, open service Innovation came into being. Therefore, to study the characteristics and rules of the Internet platform enterprise open service innovation on the generation of innovation and promote the overall economic development platform has important significance. The open service innovation concept combines service innovation and open innovation, service innovation is the content and purpose of open innovation is the ways and means of introducing business; ecological system theory, the parties involved in the analysis of network platform of business ecosystem; on the basis of the characteristics and rules of open service creation, from the individual level, organization level and network level demonstration network platform for enterprise open service innovation mechanism. This paper mainly conducted the following studies: firstly, the theory of business ecosystem construction model of business ecosystem based on the network platform, from the perspective of business ecosystem explains the enterprise open service network platform The characteristics of the new generation, was constructed based on the "individual organization network" 3 level network platform for enterprise open service innovation mechanism research framework, thus, determine the research methods of "three-in-one individual organization network. Secondly, starting from the individual level, the main research platform leadership, exploratory analysis the case selected 6 representative enterprises, based on the grounded theory in sequence data were collected for encoding analysis, precipitation platform leadership qualities, thinking and leadership, build self organization management mode under the platform type collar open service creative influence model. Thus, the familiar platform leadership qualities from the individual level, thinking and leadership influence on open service innovation effect and relationship path. The main contributions: (1) analysis of exploratory multi case and grounded theory techniques.
