【摘要】：信息化與工業(yè)化主要在技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、業(yè)務(wù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)四個方面進(jìn)行融合。也就是說，該課題主要是從兩化融合中技術(shù)融合、產(chǎn)品融合、業(yè)務(wù)融合、產(chǎn)業(yè)衍生等四個方面的融合程度，通過系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行企業(yè)兩化融合情況關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)量化，形成的數(shù)據(jù)報表，為各種研究及規(guī)劃做出數(shù)據(jù)支持。 系統(tǒng)通過各企業(yè)填寫“兩化融合”調(diào)查問卷，將兩化融合相關(guān)的各項數(shù)據(jù)采集至系統(tǒng)中,企業(yè)填報情況能夠更加直觀的體現(xiàn)出企業(yè)“兩化融合”發(fā)展水平的情況。為評估本市整體、區(qū)域、行業(yè)及各企業(yè)的“兩化融合”發(fā)展水平，為企業(yè)提供信息化建設(shè)咨詢和指導(dǎo),提升企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,為今后管理部門進(jìn)一步的制定“兩化融合”相關(guān)政策及相應(yīng)服務(wù)提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。 系統(tǒng)基于Web Service技術(shù)，在B/S的架構(gòu)下，設(shè)計了企業(yè)兩化融合測評系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)在對測評系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則、指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)成框架的研究，及對兩化融合測評的評分和測評方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上，制訂了系統(tǒng)的評價指標(biāo)并賦予權(quán)重。為在系統(tǒng)中很好的實行測評，對系統(tǒng)的流程及功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計，分為7個主要功能模塊，分別是：企業(yè)信息管理模塊、調(diào)查管理模塊、調(diào)查問卷填報模塊、調(diào)查問卷計分統(tǒng)計模塊、權(quán)限管理模塊、生成Word文檔模塊和權(quán)重調(diào)整模塊。實現(xiàn)了對系統(tǒng)的測評系統(tǒng)題庫維護(hù)管理、企業(yè)信息管理、系統(tǒng)用戶管理、角色權(quán)限管理、問卷題目設(shè)置、問卷指標(biāo)體系設(shè)置、關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)項設(shè)置、建立調(diào)查、測評結(jié)果查詢、企業(yè)填報調(diào)查問卷的操作。 課題的順利開展，，將有助于政府和企業(yè)明確目前信息化投入的效果及未來信息化投資的方向，可以減少盲目投資、提高資金利用效率。該項目可結(jié)合工農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)實情況對兩化的融合采取有效措施，推進(jìn)工農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展；提高我市工農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)的水平和能力，實現(xiàn)工農(nóng)業(yè)協(xié)同和資源優(yōu)化配置。
[Abstract]:Informatization and industrialization are mainly integrated in four aspects: technology, products, business and industry. That is to say, the subject is mainly from the integration of technology, product integration, business integration, and industrial derivation. By quantifying the key indicators of the integration of enterprise and enterprise, the data report forms to provide data support for all kinds of research and planning. Through each enterprise filling out the questionnaire of "two chemical fusion", the system collects the data related to the two kinds of fusion into the system. In order to evaluate the development level of the "integration" of the city as a whole, the region, the industry and the enterprises, the enterprise can provide information construction consultation and guidance for the enterprises. To improve the economic and social benefits of enterprise informatization construction, and to provide data support for the future management departments to formulate the relevant policies and corresponding services of "the integration of the two transformation". Based on the technology of Web Service and under the framework of B / S, the system designs the evaluation system of enterprise integration. The system studies the principles of the index system and the framework of the index system. On the basis of the research on the evaluation and evaluation methods of the two systems, the evaluation index of the system is formulated and the weight is given. In order to carry out the evaluation well in the system, the flow and function of the system are designed. It is divided into seven main functional modules: enterprise information management module, investigation management module, questionnaire report module, questionnaire score statistics module, authority management module. Generating Word document module and weight adjusting module. It realizes the maintenance and management of test bank, enterprise information management, system user management, role authority management, questionnaire topic setting, questionnaire index system setting, and so on. Set up the key index items, establish the survey, inquire the result of the evaluation, and the operation of the enterprise filling out the questionnaire. The smooth development of the project will help the government and enterprises to make clear the effect of the current informatization investment and the direction of the future informatization investment, and can reduce the blind investment. The project can take effective measures to promote the development of information technology in industry and agriculture, improve the level and ability of applying information technology in industry and agriculture, and combine the actual situation of industry and agriculture to take effective measures to promote the development of information technology in industry and agriculture. To achieve industrial and agricultural cooperation and optimal allocation of resources.
