【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)交易平臺的興起促進(jìn)了數(shù)據(jù)的開放與流通,使數(shù)據(jù)資源價(jià)值得以體現(xiàn)�；趪鴥�(nèi)主要交易平臺的比較分析,我國大數(shù)據(jù)交易平臺在數(shù)據(jù)隱私風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、交易標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系的構(gòu)建、價(jià)格機(jī)制的探索以及專業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面有待突破困境。為完善大數(shù)據(jù)交易市場與流通體系的建設(shè),大數(shù)據(jù)交易平臺應(yīng)從建立安全穩(wěn)定的交易系統(tǒng)、統(tǒng)一行業(yè)交易標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和嚴(yán)格交易監(jiān)管機(jī)制等方面強(qiáng)化自身建設(shè),輔之健全的政策法規(guī)環(huán)境和有力的政策扶持為保障。
[Abstract]:The rise of big data trading platform has promoted the opening and circulation of data and realized the value of data resources. The construction of trade standardization system, the exploration of price mechanism and the construction of professional talents need to be broken through. In order to perfect the construction of big data's trading market and circulation system, Big data trading platform should strengthen its own construction from the aspects of establishing a safe and stable trading system, unifying the trade standard and strict trade supervision mechanism, and providing a sound policy and regulation environment and strong policy support.
