【摘要】:作為以團(tuán)體共同意識(shí)形態(tài)為本的企業(yè)文化理論,在企業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)作的好,便會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)道德、習(xí)俗、規(guī)范產(chǎn)生很深刻的影響。并為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供潤(rùn)滑劑的作用,為企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定提供了動(dòng)力。作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的內(nèi)容,企業(yè)文化被認(rèn)為是保證企業(yè)持續(xù)、快速、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容,在潛移默化中影響著企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)。鐵嶺TT公司作為從專業(yè)通信后入市場(chǎng)的電信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)來說,現(xiàn)有企業(yè)文化非常薄弱,很多情況下,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)流于形式,表面化,企業(yè)的價(jià)值理念沒有真正的在公司內(nèi)外發(fā)揮其重要作用。隨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈,同類企業(yè)的快速成長(zhǎng),以及TT公司內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)范圍的擴(kuò)展、與中移協(xié)同發(fā)展的需要,企業(yè)文化缺乏的TT公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層,已經(jīng)意識(shí)到問題的嚴(yán)重性,如何構(gòu)造適合TT公司的企業(yè)文化,成為公司的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文作者通過問卷、訪問方式進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,對(duì)TT鐵嶺分公司現(xiàn)有企業(yè)文化特點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面深入的盤點(diǎn)與診斷,指出TT公司運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中的諸多不足之處,也肯定了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)企業(yè)文化理論及該企業(yè)重組后的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行TT公司企業(yè)文化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),從建設(shè)企業(yè)文化的指導(dǎo)思想及建設(shè)目標(biāo)入手,通過核心理念層的設(shè)計(jì),以及適合本公司的創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)文化、五大工程建設(shè)、五大關(guān)愛文化多層面地構(gòu)建起TT公司企業(yè)文化系統(tǒng),努力使企業(yè)文化具有豐富的內(nèi)涵及較高的精神層次。在進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),還結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際進(jìn)行了建設(shè)方案實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì):從實(shí)施原則、實(shí)施過程、實(shí)施主要方法與形式,到整個(gè)實(shí)施階段的保證措施進(jìn)行全面的闡述。 為保證TT公司長(zhǎng)期的開展企業(yè)文化建設(shè),不流于形式,針對(duì)企業(yè)的核心部門及員工設(shè)計(jì)了企業(yè)文化達(dá)標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及員工行為規(guī)范,從而使企業(yè)文化既高屋建瓴,同時(shí)又有一定的可實(shí)施性與操作性,為下一步的具體實(shí)施作了較為全面的考慮,打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As a corporate culture theory based on the common ideology of the group, a good operation in an enterprise will have a profound impact on corporate morality, customs, and norms, and provide lubricant for the development of an enterprise. As the content of modern enterprise management, corporate culture is considered to be an important content to ensure the sustained, rapid and coordinated development of the enterprise. Tieling TT Company, as a telecom operator from professional communication to the market, has a very weak corporate culture. In many cases, corporate culture construction is a mere formality. With the fierce competition, the rapid growth of similar enterprises, and the expansion of TT company's internal business scope, the need to coordinate development with Zhongyi, the value concept of enterprises has not really played an important role inside and outside the company, and with the fierce competition, the rapid growth of similar enterprises, and the expansion of internal business scope of TT company, The leadership of TT, which lacks corporate culture, has realized the seriousness of the problem, and how to construct a suitable corporate culture for TT has become a top priority for the company. Through questionnaire and interview, the author makes a thorough inventory and diagnosis of the existing corporate culture characteristics and current situation of TT Tieling Branch, and points out many deficiencies in the operation of TT Company. On this basis, according to the theory of corporate culture and the actual situation after the reorganization of the enterprise, the author designs the corporate culture system of TT Company, starting with the guiding ideology and construction goal of the construction of corporate culture. Through the design of the core concept layer, and the innovative enterprise culture suitable for the company, the five major projects and the five major caring cultures, the corporate culture system of TT company can be constructed on many levels. The enterprise culture has rich connotation and higher spiritual level. While carrying out the enterprise culture design, it also carries out the implementation design of the construction plan according to the actual situation of the enterprise: from the implementation principle, the implementation process, the main method and the form of the implementation, To the entire implementation phase of the guarantee measures for a comprehensive elaboration. In order to ensure the long-term development of TT company corporate culture construction, not just form, for the core departments and employees of the enterprise to design corporate culture standards and employee behavior norms, so that the corporate culture is not only from a strategic point, At the same time, it has some implementability and maneuverability, which makes a more comprehensive consideration for the next implementation and lays a good foundation.
