【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的深入發(fā)展,當(dāng)今企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已逐步演變?yōu)槿瞬刨|(zhì)量和數(shù)量的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。SZ公司是國(guó)內(nèi)知名通信集團(tuán)下的地市分公司。在國(guó)家新一輪通信業(yè)重組及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的背景下,SZ公司營(yíng)銷人員原有薪酬體系已出現(xiàn)缺失,難以滿足新形式下的發(fā)展需要。因此,為進(jìn)一步鞏固市場(chǎng)地位,,改進(jìn)營(yíng)銷人員的薪酬體系對(duì)SZ公司具有十分重要的意義。 本論文分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分介紹論文研究的背景和意義,以及研究?jī)?nèi)容與思路。隨后闡釋本論文所依托的薪酬體系理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分對(duì)SZ公司營(yíng)銷人員薪酬體系的現(xiàn)狀予以實(shí)證分析。第四部分闡述SZ公司營(yíng)銷人員薪酬體系改進(jìn)的必要性、目標(biāo)及原則,并對(duì)其薪酬體系中的浮動(dòng)工資和福利提出改進(jìn)方案。最后,分析上述改進(jìn)方案具體實(shí)施時(shí)可能遇到的問(wèn)題,提出實(shí)施的具體計(jì)劃及配套措施,以確保改進(jìn)后的方案達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。 本論文研究重點(diǎn)在于如何結(jié)合企業(yè)當(dāng)前特點(diǎn)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,將人力資源薪酬經(jīng)典理論運(yùn)用于具體實(shí)踐,以優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)SZ公司營(yíng)銷人員的薪酬體系。本論文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、觀察法等研究方法,透析SZ公司營(yíng)銷人員薪酬體系,提出一種適用SZ公司實(shí)際情況的、具有實(shí)際可操作性的薪酬方案。期望本論文的研究成果能為國(guó)內(nèi)通信行業(yè)薪酬管理的實(shí)證研究提供素材。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy. Nowadays, the competition of enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of talent quality and quantity. SZ Company is the prefecture and city branch under the well-known communication group in China. Under the background of the new round of reorganization of the national communication industry and the increasingly fierce market competition. The original salary system of marketing personnel of SZ company has already appeared the flaw, it is difficult to meet the development need under the new form. Therefore, in order to further consolidate the market position. It is very important for SZ Company to improve the salary system of marketing personnel. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the research. The third part gives an empirical analysis of the current situation of the compensation system of SZ Company. Part 4th expounds the marketing personnel of SZ Company. The necessity of improving the salary system. Objectives and principles, and the floating wages and benefits in the pay system to improve the scheme. Finally, analysis of the above improvement scheme may meet with problems, put forward the implementation of specific plans and supporting measures. To ensure that the improved program to achieve the desired results. This paper focuses on how to combine the current characteristics and competitive strategy of enterprises, apply the classical theory of human resources compensation to the specific practice. In order to optimize and improve the SZ company marketing staff compensation system. This paper uses literature analysis, questionnaire survey, observation and other research methods to analyze the SZ company marketing personnel compensation system. This paper proposes a practical and practical compensation scheme for SZ Company. It is expected that the research results of this paper can provide material for the empirical study of compensation management in domestic communication industry.
