基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境的倉儲系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:隨著物流業(yè)的振興發(fā)展,倉儲系統(tǒng)作為供應(yīng)鏈中的重要環(huán)節(jié),面對越來越高的行業(yè)要求,問題日益凸顯。倉儲系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展需要運用新的技術(shù)和方法改變傳統(tǒng)的作業(yè)模式。在企業(yè)信息化進程中,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來。然而實際上,對于如何更完善地將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用到倉儲系統(tǒng)中還存在很多問題。 本文以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在倉儲中的應(yīng)用作為研究對象,在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,分別對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的概念、基本框架和相關(guān)技術(shù)進行了系統(tǒng)性研究,并結(jié)合倉儲系統(tǒng)的實際需要,運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對倉儲系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進行了設(shè)計和詳細描述,然后對以這種架構(gòu)搭建的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉儲系統(tǒng)進行了評價。 首先對倉儲系統(tǒng)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行了解析,總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)倉儲系統(tǒng)存在的問題和原因,并重點通過梳理國內(nèi)外研究文獻,對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)定義、基本框架和相關(guān)技術(shù)進行了詳細介紹;其次,針對傳統(tǒng)倉儲系統(tǒng)存在的問題,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢特點,將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)運用到倉儲管理對象和管理方法中進行系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計,具體包括系統(tǒng)編碼體系、射頻識別系統(tǒng)、系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)軟件模塊設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)硬件布局。再次,運用系統(tǒng)建模語言(SysML)對設(shè)計的倉儲系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進行描述。通過建模語言具體描述了系統(tǒng)的需求、結(jié)構(gòu)和行為等方面,剖析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉儲系統(tǒng)的工作原理和特性。最后,建立了倉儲系統(tǒng)評價指標,并采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法(ANP)對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉儲系統(tǒng)和傳統(tǒng)倉儲系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)勢度比較。 本文通過將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)運用到倉儲系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計中,改善了倉儲系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和運行機制,解決了傳統(tǒng)倉儲系統(tǒng)存在的問題,同時還對倉儲系統(tǒng)進行了系統(tǒng)描述和評價。研究成果對于利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)倉儲系統(tǒng)具有一定的理論與實踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of logistics industry, warehousing system, as an important part of supply chain, is facing higher and higher industry requirements. The development of warehousing system needs to use new technologies and methods to change the traditional operation mode. In the process of enterprise information, the advantages of Internet of things application gradually appear. However, in fact. There are still many problems about how to apply the Internet of things to the storage system. In this paper, the application of the Internet of things in warehousing as the research object, on the basis of domestic and foreign related research, respectively, the concept of the Internet of things, the basic framework and related technologies were systematically studied. Combined with the actual needs of the storage system, the architecture of the storage system is designed and described in detail by using the Internet of things, and then the structure of the storage system is evaluated. First of all, the storage system and the Internet of things were analyzed, summarized the existing problems and reasons of the traditional warehousing system, and focused on combing the domestic and foreign research literature, the definition of the Internet of things. The basic framework and related technologies are introduced in detail. Secondly, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional storage system, combined with the advantages of the Internet of things, the Internet of things is applied to the storage management object and management method to design the system architecture, including the system coding system. RFID system, system network structure, system software module design and system hardware layout. Third. The architecture of the warehouse system is described by using the system modeling language (SysML), and the requirements, structure and behavior of the system are described in detail by the modeling language. The working principle and characteristics of the storage system of the Internet of things are analyzed. Finally, the evaluation index of the storage system is established. The advantage of Internet of things storage system is compared with that of traditional storage system by means of analytic hierarchy process (ANPs). This paper applies the Internet of things to the architecture design of the storage system, improves the structure and operation mechanism of the storage system, and solves the problems existing in the traditional storage system. At the same time, the storage system is systematically described and evaluated. The research results have certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of warehousing system using the Internet of things.
