秦皇島電信有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:對于現(xiàn)代企業(yè)而言,預(yù)則立,不預(yù)則廢。隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的不斷完善和經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,越來越多企業(yè)將更多的時間和精力投入到發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面的研究上面來,并通過在企業(yè)的實(shí)踐中探尋可行性及科學(xué)的發(fā)展路徑,使企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大。 本文以國有大型骨干企業(yè)中國電信秦皇島分公司為研究對象,在大量搜集國內(nèi)外通訊行業(yè)和企業(yè)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的基礎(chǔ)理論和研究方法,綜合運(yùn)用了環(huán)境優(yōu)劣勢力分析、SWOT分析、五力競爭模型等方法,對秦皇島電信的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境資源進(jìn)行了綜合分析,提出了進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思路和建議,希望能為企業(yè)早日走向輝煌、迅速提高市場占有率提供有益借鑒。 首先,本文對國內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略管理理論的研究現(xiàn)狀,演變過程進(jìn)行了簡單介紹,進(jìn)而對戰(zhàn)略管理的涵義、特征和構(gòu)成要素,以及其在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,為本文開展企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究工作奠定了理論依據(jù)。 其次,結(jié)合當(dāng)前宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢以及通訊行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對秦皇島電信的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了綜合分析,從中篩選出影響企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略要素,并對集團(tuán)公司的優(yōu)勢和劣勢進(jìn)行了總結(jié),,指出必須通過制定科學(xué)可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,抓住利于企業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)遇、躲避外部環(huán)境的威脅。 再次,對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略要素進(jìn)行綜合評價,客觀指出企業(yè)所面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),以及企業(yè)自身所具有的優(yōu)勢和存在的弱點(diǎn),運(yùn)用SOWT分析工具,對秦皇島電信公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位進(jìn)行了分析和選擇。 最后,從戰(zhàn)略的高度確定了企業(yè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,指明了秦皇島電信有限公司今后的發(fā)展方向,提出了確保戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的相關(guān)措施。
[Abstract]:For modern enterprises, it is necessary to stand in advance, but not to be abandoned. With the continuous improvement of market economic system and the rapid development of economy in our country. More and more enterprises put more time and energy into the research of development strategy, and through the practice of enterprises to explore the feasibility and scientific development path, so that the enterprise continues to grow. This paper takes Qinhuangdao Branch of China Telecom as the research object, and draws lessons from the basic theory and research method of enterprise strategic management on the basis of collecting a large number of domestic and foreign communication industry and enterprise data. By using the methods of SWOT analysis and five-force competition model, this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environmental resources of Qinhuangdao Telecom. This paper puts forward the strategic ideas and suggestions to further promote the development of the company, hoping to provide useful reference for the enterprise to advance to the glory as soon as possible and to increase its market share rapidly. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the current situation and evolution of the strategic management theory at home and abroad, and then introduces the meaning, characteristics and elements of strategic management. And its role in the development of enterprises is systematically expounded, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of enterprise development strategy. Secondly, combined with the current macroeconomic situation and the current situation of communications industry development, Qinhuangdao Telecom internal and external environment is comprehensively analyzed, from which the key strategic factors affecting the development of enterprises are selected. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the group company and points out that it is necessary to grasp the opportunity conducive to the development of the enterprise and avoid the threat from the external environment by formulating a scientific and feasible development strategy. Thirdly, it comprehensively evaluates the key strategic elements of the internal and external environment, and objectively points out the opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprises, as well as the advantages and weaknesses of the enterprises themselves. The development strategy of Qinhuangdao Telecom Company is analyzed and selected by using SOWT analysis tool. Finally, from the perspective of strategy, the development goal and development strategy of the enterprise are determined, the future development direction of Qinhuangdao Telecom Co., Ltd is pointed out, and the relevant measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy are put forward.
