【摘要】:我國已形成的三大電信運(yùn)營商在全業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營模式下,在移動(dòng)、寬帶市場(chǎng)上競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。通信企業(yè)運(yùn)營模式從“技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)驅(qū)動(dòng)”向“市場(chǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)”和“客戶驅(qū)動(dòng)”轉(zhuǎn)化,只有追求優(yōu)質(zhì)個(gè)人客戶和企業(yè)集團(tuán)客戶的忠誠才可能在未來通信業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì)。高品質(zhì)的網(wǎng)絡(luò),優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),有針對(duì)性的積極探索企業(yè)信息化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)是吸引用戶的重要手段,這也是影響所有運(yùn)營商的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。作為通信企業(yè)利潤創(chuàng)造點(diǎn)之一是基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)劃建設(shè),良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃是企業(yè)降低運(yùn)營成本,提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要環(huán)節(jié)。面向客戶的科學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃是新時(shí)期的一個(gè)重要的要求。目前的網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃工作,大多是按照傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃理論加上人為經(jīng)驗(yàn)來開展的,缺少先進(jìn)的,智能的定量化方法。同時(shí),隨著市場(chǎng)規(guī)模增長(zhǎng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,電信企業(yè)內(nèi)部本身也積累了大量的客戶、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、資源能力數(shù)據(jù)資料。在現(xiàn)代化的信息時(shí)代,,將潛在海量數(shù)據(jù)中的價(jià)值信息發(fā)掘出來,從存量的數(shù)據(jù)中提煉出知識(shí),使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃向科學(xué)化、智能化的方向發(fā)展。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃這一目標(biāo)強(qiáng)有力的支撐。 針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘在網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中應(yīng)用問題,本文重點(diǎn)提出數(shù)據(jù)挖掘在電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用意義,數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)倉庫相關(guān)知識(shí),并以電信寬帶接入網(wǎng)規(guī)劃實(shí)際為背景,基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)來研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中難點(diǎn)問題的解決。本文重點(diǎn)的研究?jī)?nèi)容為:第一,分析了通信運(yùn)營行業(yè)發(fā)展情況,應(yīng)用PEST方法分析了行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境。第二,介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃基本原則和方法,進(jìn)而探索了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘在網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的應(yīng)用點(diǎn)及其研究?jī)r(jià)值。第三,研究了數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的建立,以電信企業(yè)實(shí)體現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ),梳理了網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的搭建,為進(jìn)一步的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘奠定基礎(chǔ)。第四,基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)選擇適當(dāng)?shù)乃惴ń⒘司W(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃熱點(diǎn)選擇模型,網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源利用率計(jì)算模型,闡述了挖掘的目標(biāo)、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的來源、挖掘的方法、及在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型下實(shí)施對(duì)企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘任務(wù),完成實(shí)際問題的解決方案。本文研究成果也為行業(yè)其他企業(yè)提供了參考與借鑒價(jià)值。

Customer oriented network planning is an important requirement in the new period. The scale of network engineering planning That is mostly according to the traditional network planning theory and human experience to carry out, the lack of advanced, quantitative method of intelligence. At the same time, as the size of the market growth, the expansion of the network, telecom enterprise itself has accumulated a large number of customers, network resources, capacity data. In modern information era. The potential value of massive data information excavated, extract knowledge from the stock data, making the network planning scientific, intelligent direction. Data mining technology is planning to achieve this goal strong scientific support network.
The application of data mining in network planning, this paper puts forward the application significance in telecom network planning in data mining, data warehouse technology and related knowledge of data mining, and the telecom broadband access network planning as background, based on the data mining technology to solve the difficult problem of network planning. This paper focuses on the first, analyzes the development situation of telecom industry, the application of PEST method to analyze the development of the industry environment. Second, the paper introduces the basic principles and methods of network planning, and then explore the value of application of data mining in network planning and research point. Third, the establishment of the data warehouse, the telecom enterprise entity existing database based combing the network planning, build data warehouse, lay the foundation for further data mining. Fourth, based on data mining technology to select the appropriate The algorithm established a network planning focus selection model, cyber source utilization rate calculation model, describes the mining target, source of the basic data mining methods in data mining, and model implementation of enterprise data mining task, complete solutions to practical problems. The results of this study provide a reference and reference value for the industry other enterprises.
