【摘要】：隨著科技的發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用不斷深入�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)成為了推廣農(nóng)業(yè)信息和資訊的主要渠道。農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站在整合信息資源、發(fā)布農(nóng)業(yè)資訊中擔(dān)任著重要角色。各級政府部門加大了農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的建設(shè)力度,加強(qiáng)了農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的管理。 但農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展與建設(shè)仍存在著許多問題,農(nóng)業(yè)信息資源分散、缺少有效的整合,且信息重復(fù)較多、共享性差。大部分網(wǎng)站只是將信息“堆放”在網(wǎng)站上,缺乏有效的組織和管理,且更新周期過長。另外,農(nóng)業(yè)信息門戶網(wǎng)站的服務(wù)對象以農(nóng)民居多,其文化水平偏低且信息認(rèn)知能力較差,需要具有針對性的信息服務(wù)。因此,必須構(gòu)建面向農(nóng)民的農(nóng)業(yè)類網(wǎng)站,及時的發(fā)布農(nóng)業(yè)方面的資訊,有助于農(nóng)業(yè)信息的共享和傳播。 在此背景下,需要一個全新的理論來順應(yīng)農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站發(fā)展的需要,IA理論應(yīng)用而生。信息構(gòu)建(IA)作為一種信息組織的手段和方法,能夠有效的組織信息,并實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的合理規(guī)劃和布局。面對雜亂分散的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源,迫切需要工A理論來高效、合理、有序的組織。本文將IA理論與農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的信息建設(shè)相結(jié)合,利用IA理論來構(gòu)建一個易于使用的農(nóng)業(yè)信息網(wǎng)站。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外信息構(gòu)建的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡要概述,對農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站類型、農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的用戶信息需求和信息行為進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)查分析。將信息構(gòu)建的四大核心系統(tǒng)作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提出了基于IA的設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后,將層次分析法與IA相結(jié)合,在總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外評價經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的評價指標(biāo)體系,并通過計(jì)算得出了指標(biāo)對應(yīng)的權(quán)重值。依據(jù)評價指標(biāo)對排名前100的農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,將定性與定量分析相結(jié)合,分析得出了農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的最終排名,最后對100個農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的評價結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分類討論,并得出了評價結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the application of information technology in the field of agriculture development. The Internet has become a major channel for the promotion of agricultural information and agricultural information websites. In the integration of information resources, publishing has played an important role in agricultural information. Government departments at all levels to increase the intensity of agricultural website construction, strengthen the agricultural management of the site.
But the development and construction of agricultural websites there are a lot of problems of agricultural information resources scattered, the lack of effective integration, and more repeat information, sharing. Most of the website information are stacked on the site, the lack of effective organization and management, and the update cycle is too long. In addition, the agricultural information service portal website object to farmers are, their cultural level and cognitive ability is relatively low, need to have specific information service. Therefore, we must construct the agricultural websites for farmers, timely release of the agriculture information, help agricultural information sharing and dissemination.
Under this background, need a new theory to adapt to the development of agriculture website, the application of IA theory and information architecture (IA). As the means and method of information organization, to organize information effectively, reasonable planning and layout and the realization of information. Network information resources facing the messy scattered, urgent need A theory to efficient, reasonable and orderly organization. This paper combines IA theory and agricultural information construction site, to construct an easy-to-use agricultural information website based on the IA theory.
A brief overview of the research status based on the domestic and foreign information construction, the development status of agricultural websites, agricultural site type, agricultural website user information demand and information behavior detailed investigation and analysis. The four core information system will be constructed as a starting point, puts forward the design scheme based on IA and then. The AHP, combined with IA, on the basis of the evaluation of the experience at home and abroad, gives the evaluation index system of agricultural websites, and by calculating the weight of index values. On the basis of the evaluation index to make an empirical analysis of the top 100 agricultural sites, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Analysis of the final ranking of agricultural websites, finally evaluation of 100 agricultural site was discussed, and the conclusion of the evaluation.
