【摘要】：遼寧省建行BSRS項(xiàng)目,即遼寧省建行業(yè)務(wù)印章管理系統(tǒng),是建行在2012年立項(xiàng)開發(fā)的軟件項(xiàng)目。BSRS項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品主要用于合理化印章管理流程、監(jiān)督印章的使用情況。BSRS項(xiàng)目是開發(fā)人員首次嘗試把需求管理理論和技術(shù)引入到軟件項(xiàng)目中,進(jìn)行需求管理,較好地保證了BSRS的項(xiàng)目需求質(zhì)量,抑制了項(xiàng)目需求的過度蔓延,按時(shí)完成了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高了產(chǎn)品使用部門的滿意度。 在查閱了大量有關(guān)軟件項(xiàng)目需求管理理論書籍并掌握一定的需求管理方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合了BSRS項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)以及遼寧省建行軟件項(xiàng)目需求管理現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)需求的開發(fā)和管理過程進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用性研究,找到了適合BSRS項(xiàng)目的需求管理流程和可操作的技術(shù)手段,并對(duì)實(shí)際的應(yīng)用結(jié)果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)和總結(jié)。 首先,對(duì)BSRS項(xiàng)目的背景進(jìn)行了分析,詳細(xì)分析了BSRS項(xiàng)目需求管理的特點(diǎn),論證了在BSRS項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施需求管理的必要性,然后按照需求管理的獲取、分析、確認(rèn)、評(píng)審、變更管理、版本管理以及需求跟蹤等需求管理的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分段研究,針對(duì)每個(gè)階段制定出了應(yīng)用策略并總結(jié)了實(shí)施的作用。 遼寧省建行內(nèi)部的軟件項(xiàng)目開發(fā)模式不同于一般的軟件項(xiàng)目,因此,針對(duì)分行級(jí)的軟件項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)找出適合的軟件需求管理方法是非常有意義的。本論文希望通過需求管理理論在BSRS項(xiàng)目中的成功應(yīng)用,總結(jié)出一套可以在遼寧省建行其他軟件項(xiàng)目中推廣的需求管理流程和技術(shù)方法,以促進(jìn)遼寧省建行軟件開發(fā)能力的提升,從而提高建行整體的管理水平和業(yè)務(wù)能力,提高企業(yè)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Liaoning Construction Bank BSRS project, Liaoning province construction business seal management system, is mainly used for construction of reasonable management process seal in software project in 2012 the development project.BSRS project products, supervision and use of the seal of.BSRS project is the first attempt to put developers demand management theory and technology is introduced to the software project, demand management, to better ensure the quality of BSRS project requirements, restrain excessive spread of the needs of the project, to complete the project on schedule, ensure the quality of products, improve the Department of product satisfaction.
Basic needs certain management methods and control the access to a large number of software requirement management theory books, combined with the characteristics of BSRS project and the Liaoning construction bank demand for software project management of the status quo, development and management of the demand of applied research, found the requirement management process for BSRS project and operational technology and application of the actual results are evaluated and summarized.
First of all, on the background of the BSRS project are analyzed, the characteristics of BSRS project management needs detailed analysis, demonstrates the necessity of demand management in the implementation of the BSRS project, and then according to the acquisition, management needs analysis, confirm, review, change management, all aspects of version management and demand tracking demand management section study for each stage to develop application strategy and summarizes the implementation effect.
Liaoning construction bank internal software project development mode is different from the general software project, therefore, according to the characteristics of software project branch find methods suitable for software requirement management is very meaningful. This thesis hopes to demand management theory in BSRS project success, summed up a set can be extended in the province of Liaoning construction bank other software project requirement management process and methods, in order to promote the Liaoning province construction bank software development capabilities, so as to improve the construction of the whole management level and business ability, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
