【摘要】：正各位代表,同志們:大家好!祝賀中國財政學(xué)會2015年年會順利召開,大會對中國財政學(xué)會理事會進行了換屆選舉,感謝大家選舉我擔(dān)任會長。近年來,中國財政學(xué)會不斷開拓進取,在理論研究、學(xué)術(shù)交流、財政宣傳、組織建設(shè)等各方面都取得了新的成績,為財政科研事業(yè)進步和財政改革發(fā)展做出了積極貢獻。在此,我代表財政部黨組對前任會長謝旭人同志以及全國從事財政理論政策研究和各級財政學(xué)會的同志們表示衷心感謝!當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進人新常態(tài),全面深化改革進入關(guān)鍵期,財經(jīng)形勢面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn),財稅體制改革任務(wù)繁重。在此背景下,財政系統(tǒng)和中國財政學(xué)會必須深入學(xué)
[Abstract]:Deputies, comrades: Hello, everyone! Congratulations on the successful convening of the 2015 annual meeting of the Chinese Fiscal Association. The Congress held a general election for the Council of the Chinese Fiscal Association. Thank you for electing me as President. In recent years, the Chinese Finance Society has made new achievements in theoretical research, academic exchange, financial propaganda, organization construction and so on, and has made positive contributions to the progress of financial research and financial reform. Here, on behalf of the Party Group of the Ministry of Finance, I would like to express our sincere thanks to former President Xie Xuren and to the comrades of the whole country engaged in the research of fiscal theory and policy and the finance societies at all levels. At present, the economic development of our country enters the new normal, the comprehensive deepening reform enters the critical period, the financial and economic situation faces the severe challenge, the financial and taxation system reform task is heavy. In this context, the financial system and the Chinese Institute of Finance must learn in depth.
