【摘要】：政府干預(yù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的方式不僅對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生持續(xù)的影響,而且深刻地改變著銀行業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)格局�；谖覈�(guó)2008~2015年124家區(qū)域商業(yè)銀行的樣本,實(shí)證研究了財(cái)政擴(kuò)張政策對(duì)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響作用,并檢驗(yàn)了區(qū)域市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的傳導(dǎo)效應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)顯著受到了經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境因素的影響,其中,財(cái)政擴(kuò)張加劇了銀行的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。區(qū)域市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)具有顯著的傳導(dǎo)效應(yīng),即財(cái)政擴(kuò)張通過干預(yù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),提高市場(chǎng)壟斷程度,進(jìn)而加劇信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。地方政府應(yīng)在財(cái)政支出規(guī)劃方面更為注重市場(chǎng)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)原則,完善現(xiàn)代財(cái)政預(yù)算制度。
[Abstract]:The mode of government intervention in market competition not only has a sustained impact on the macro-economy, but also profoundly changes the management pattern of the banking industry. Based on the sample of 124 regional commercial banks in China in 2008~2015, this paper empirically studies the effect of the fiscal expansion policy on the bank risk, and examines the conduction effect of the regional market competition. It is found that the bank risk is significantly affected by the economic environment factors, among which the financial expansion aggravates the bank's credit risk and the management risk. The regional market competition has a significant conduction effect, that is, the financial expansion can increase the market monopoly and increase the credit risk by interfering with the market competition. The local government should be in the financial expenditure planning. We should pay more attention to the principle of fair competition in the market and improve the modern budget system.
