【摘要】：為了研究政府補償與企業(yè)努力程度的關(guān)系,通過分析大數(shù)據(jù)決策系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建與運行中政府與企業(yè)的合作方式,基于博弈論中的"委托-代理"理論模型,對大數(shù)據(jù)決策系統(tǒng)中政府與企業(yè)的合作關(guān)系進行了博弈分析,并設(shè)計了政府對企業(yè)補償函數(shù),即政府補償與企業(yè)努力程度的函數(shù)關(guān)系,以企業(yè)與政府雙方的利益最大化為基礎(chǔ),通過數(shù)值仿真分析的方法,得到博弈的均衡解——企業(yè)最優(yōu)的努力程度和政府補償,旨在為政府和企業(yè)的合作提供決策支持。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between government compensation and enterprise effort, this paper analyzes the cooperative mode between government and enterprise in the construction and operation of big data decision-making system, based on the principal-agent theory model in game theory. This paper analyzes the cooperative relationship between government and enterprise in big data decision-making system, and designs the compensation function of government to enterprise, that is, the function of government compensation and the degree of enterprise effort, which is based on the maximization of the benefit between enterprise and government. By means of numerical simulation and analysis, the equilibrium solution of the game, the optimal degree of effort and the government compensation, is obtained, which aims at providing decision support for the cooperation between the government and the enterprise.
