【摘要】：基于喬治·卡姆帕多尼卡等人的教育支出、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與收入分配分析架構(gòu),文章采用2007—2015年的省級面板數(shù)據(jù)對高等教育地區(qū)財政支出產(chǎn)出的影響因素展開實證分析。研究結(jié)果顯示,高等教育地區(qū)財政支出產(chǎn)出不僅受到高等教育財政支出存量等基礎(chǔ)條件的影響,還會受高等教育地區(qū)財政支出效率影響,支出效率取決于區(qū)域的特定因素,涵蓋高等教育集群環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系、對區(qū)外高等教育財政支出溢出的吸納力度。研究還表明,我國高等教育地區(qū)財政支出產(chǎn)出差距顯著但存在好轉(zhuǎn)態(tài)勢,此為區(qū)域間高等教育財政支出規(guī)模與效率共同作用的結(jié)果。高等教育地區(qū)財政支出產(chǎn)出對高等教育全要素生產(chǎn)率(TFP)、高等教育財政支出規(guī)模、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)有著顯著影響,進(jìn)而擾動區(qū)域間與區(qū)域內(nèi)的收入分層。
[Abstract]:Based on the educational spending, economic growth and income distribution analysis framework of George Campanica and others, Based on the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2015, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the factors influencing the fiscal expenditure output in higher education regions. The output of fiscal expenditure in higher education areas is not only affected by the basic conditions such as the stock of fiscal expenditure of higher education, but also by the efficiency of fiscal expenditure in higher education areas, which depends on the specific factors of the region. It covers the environment of higher education cluster, the correlation of economic income, and the absorption of financial expenditure spillover of higher education outside the region. The study also shows that the gap of financial expenditure output in higher education areas is significant but there is a trend of improvement. This is the result of the effect of the scale and efficiency of financial expenditure on higher education. The output of fiscal expenditure in higher education has a significant impact on the total factor productivity of higher education, the scale of financial expenditure of higher education, and the regional economy. Furthermore, the income stratification between regions and regions is disturbed.
