【摘要】：隨著市場經濟的發(fā)展,企業(yè)能否長期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,對企業(yè)的有效管理尤為重要。財務管理工作在企業(yè)生產經營活動中發(fā)揮的作用越來越重要。呈現(xiàn)出財務隊伍不斷專業(yè)化、財務資源不斷優(yōu)化配置,財務價值創(chuàng)造與風險控制不斷有效平衡的良好局面。同時也對財務人員的素質提出了更高的要求。因此,在分層級管理的集團公司中,如何提升基層財務隊伍的素質將成為現(xiàn)階段的重要工作方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, whether the enterprise can develop steadily for a long time is particularly important for the effective management of the enterprise. The financial management plays an increasingly important role in the production and operation of the enterprise. The optimal allocation of financial resources, the continuous and effective balance between financial value creation and risk control. At the same time, higher requirements for the quality of financial personnel are put forward. How to improve the quality of the grassroots financial team will become an important direction of work at this stage.
