【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)能否長期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,對企業(yè)的有效管理尤為重要。財(cái)務(wù)管理工作在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動中發(fā)揮的作用越來越重要。呈現(xiàn)出財(cái)務(wù)隊(duì)伍不斷專業(yè)化、財(cái)務(wù)資源不斷優(yōu)化配置,財(cái)務(wù)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制不斷有效平衡的良好局面。同時(shí)也對財(cái)務(wù)人員的素質(zhì)提出了更高的要求。因此,在分層級管理的集團(tuán)公司中,如何提升基層財(cái)務(wù)隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)將成為現(xiàn)階段的重要工作方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, whether the enterprise can develop steadily for a long time is particularly important for the effective management of the enterprise.
