【摘要】：正為提高百姓健康水平,"十二五"時期,國家衛(wèi)生投入實現(xiàn)跨越式增長,全國財政醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生(含計劃生育)累計支出46499億元,是"十一五"時期的2.7倍;年均增幅17.3%,比同期全國財政支出增幅高2.9個百分點。2016年,全國財政醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生支出13154億元(預算執(zhí)行數(shù)),是醫(yī)改啟動前2008年的4.1倍,比2015年增長10%,比同期全國財政支出增幅高出3.2個百分點,醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生支出占財政支出的比重提高到7.0%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the health level of the people, during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the national health investment increased by leaps and bounds. The total expenditure of the national financial medical treatment and health (including family planning) was four trillion six hundred and forty-nine billion nine hundred million yuan, 2.7 times that of the 11th Five-Year Plan period. In 2016, the national financial expenditure on medical and health care was one trillion three hundred and fifteen billion four hundred million yuan (budget execution), 4.1 times that of 2008 before the start of the medical reform. It was 10 percent more than in 2015, 3.2 percentage points higher than the increase in national fiscal expenditure in the same period, and the proportion of medical and health expenditure in financial expenditure increased to 7.0 percent.
