社區(qū)管理中青少年教育路徑探究研究綜述 A Review of the Research on Teenager Education Methods in Community Management

摘要：

隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,社區(qū)功能逐步健全,社區(qū)在教育、體育、文化、娛樂、就業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。但是,在現(xiàn)在社區(qū)管理中還存在很多不完善性,尤其是青少年教育問題在社區(qū)管理中還處于被忽視的位置。本文主要對(duì)社區(qū)管理中青少年教育路徑進(jìn)行探究,試圖最大限度地發(fā)揮社區(qū)管理在青少年教育中的獨(dú)特功效,從而優(yōu)化青少年社區(qū)教育。

Abstract： 

With the accelerating pace of China＇s urbanization, the facility of the community is perfecting, so it gives full scope to education, sports, culture, entertainment, employment and so on.However,there still exist a lot of imperfect factors in community management, especially the issue of teenager education which is neglected.This paper mainly inquires into the teaching methods of teenagers in community management, aiming to give full scope to the special effect of community management in teenager education, so as to optimize teenager education in the community.
