【摘要】：社區(qū)是我們黨和政府工作中的最基層的社會組織,是我們做好各項(xiàng)工作的基礎(chǔ)。社區(qū)管理工作的好壞,直接關(guān)系到社會管理工作能否順利進(jìn)行。然而,如何界定社區(qū)管理工作的成效,就需要有社區(qū)管理的績效評價的指標(biāo)體系。從社區(qū)管理入手,以公眾參與度、社區(qū)的自治能力、社區(qū)工作落實(shí)、社區(qū)的專業(yè)人才及社區(qū)特色五個維度建立社區(qū)管理的績效評價指標(biāo)體系,其不僅有利于提高社區(qū)管理工作的效率,而且有利于創(chuàng)造多樣的社區(qū)管理方式,尤其是加強(qiáng)社區(qū)的創(chuàng)新管理。

How to define the effectiveness of community management, it is necessary to have community management performance evaluation index system. From the community management, public participation, community autonomy ability, community work implementation.
