    前言：在企業(yè)管理中,生產(chǎn)管理是核心,生產(chǎn)部門根據(jù)客戶定單要求以及設(shè)計(jì)部門的產(chǎn)品方案與工藝需求,制定周生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和日作業(yè)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行組織生產(chǎn).主要通過制定隨時(shí)間變化的動(dòng)態(tài)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和作業(yè)計(jì)劃,以生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃為載體和抓手進(jìn)行物流控制和物流平衡,目標(biāo)是沒有庫存或降低庫存,排除一切不產(chǎn)生價(jià)值的作業(yè).
    In the management of enterprise,the core is the manufacture management.The manufacture department works out the plan weekly and everyday according to the order of client and the proposal of the design department.The manufacture plan that is the carrier to control and balance the logistics,and it does work through drafting the dynamic manufacture plan and operative plan.The targets are zero-inventory or to reduce the stock and get rid of the valueless busywork.
