“一帶一路”倡議推動(dòng)了中國(guó)與世界其他地區(qū)之間的技術(shù)、貿(mào)易、全球價(jià)值鏈、能源、交通和交流等方面的發(fā)展,這對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。同時(shí)刺激了“一帶一路”倡議下的政策自由化戰(zhàn)略,目前該倡議已成為各國(guó)全球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的核心。目前的全球貿(mào)易密不可分,需要分享知識(shí)、信息和技能,這就導(dǎo)致了各國(guó)生產(chǎn)的碎片化,即全球價(jià)值鏈(GVC)。全球價(jià)值鏈之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系;能源效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系及調(diào)節(jié)這種聯(lián)系的閾值變量;全球創(chuàng)新價(jià)值鏈對(duì)波動(dòng)沖擊的影響。具體目標(biāo)包括:(1)以“一帶一路”亞洲國(guó)家為背景,研究“一帶一路”對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式和全球價(jià)值鏈參與的影響,以及全球價(jià)值鏈對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。(2)以歐洲“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家為背景,研究“一帶一路”如何刺激全球價(jià)值鏈參與和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式,以及全球價(jià)值鏈對(duì)能源效率的影響。(3)考慮所有“一帶一路”國(guó)家,使用了70個(gè)“一帶一路”國(guó)家面板數(shù)據(jù),研究了全球價(jià)值鏈、能源消費(fèi)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系。對(duì)于研究目標(biāo)一,結(jié)果顯示,在亞洲的“一帶一路”成員國(guó)中,大多數(shù)國(guó)家在實(shí)施“一帶一路”計(jì)劃后全球價(jià)值鏈有了顯著改善。這表明該項(xiàng)目可能在某種程度上正在實(shí)現(xiàn)其目標(biāo)�？傮w而言,盡管各國(guó)在“一帶一路...
