“一帶一路”倡議推動了中國與世界其他地區(qū)之間的技術(shù)、貿(mào)易、全球價值鏈、能源、交通和交流等方面的發(fā)展,這對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。同時刺激了“一帶一路”倡議下的政策自由化戰(zhàn)略,目前該倡議已成為各國全球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的核心。目前的全球貿(mào)易密不可分,需要分享知識、信息和技能,這就導(dǎo)致了各國生產(chǎn)的碎片化,即全球價值鏈(GVC)。全球價值鏈之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系;能源效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系及調(diào)節(jié)這種聯(lián)系的閾值變量;全球創(chuàng)新價值鏈對波動沖擊的影響。具體目標(biāo)包括:(1)以“一帶一路”亞洲國家為背景,研究“一帶一路”對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模式和全球價值鏈參與的影響,以及全球價值鏈對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響。(2)以歐洲“一帶一路”沿線國家為背景,研究“一帶一路”如何刺激全球價值鏈參與和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模式,以及全球價值鏈對能源效率的影響。(3)考慮所有“一帶一路”國家,使用了70個“一帶一路”國家面板數(shù)據(jù),研究了全球價值鏈、能源消費(fèi)效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的關(guān)系。對于研究目標(biāo)一,結(jié)果顯示,在亞洲的“一帶一路”成員國中,大多數(shù)國家在實(shí)施“一帶一路”計(jì)劃后全球價值鏈有了顯著改善。這表明該項(xiàng)目可能在某種程度上正在實(shí)現(xiàn)其目標(biāo)。總體而言,盡管各國在“一帶一路...
