光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)的技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)特征分析——以江蘇省為例

【摘要】:光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分為上游晶體硅太陽(yáng)能電池產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈與下游集成銷(xiāo)售安裝服務(wù)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不僅要求光伏上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的協(xié)同,而且要求產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的協(xié)同。文章分析標(biāo)明:一定時(shí)期內(nèi)上游光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈對(duì)資本的吸引力強(qiáng)于下游,低端技術(shù)節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)資本的吸引力強(qiáng)于高端技術(shù)節(jié)點(diǎn);在國(guó)內(nèi)光伏市場(chǎng)不健全條件下,目的在于通過(guò)低端技術(shù)節(jié)點(diǎn)量的積累以實(shí)現(xiàn)高端技術(shù)節(jié)點(diǎn)水平質(zhì)的提升的政府激勵(lì)措施會(huì)導(dǎo)致國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)升級(jí)效應(yīng)的漏出。
[Abstract]:Photovoltaic industry chain is divided into upstream crystal silicon solar cell industry chain and downstream integrated sales and installation service application industry chain. The development of photovoltaic industry requires not only the coordination of photovoltaic upstream and downstream industrial chain, but also the coordination between industrial chain nodes. The analysis shows that the attraction of upstream photovoltaic industrial chain to capital is stronger than that of downstream, and the attraction of low-end technology node to capital is stronger than that of high-end technology node in a certain period of time. Under the condition that the domestic photovoltaic market is not perfect, the government incentive measures aimed at realizing the level and quality improvement of high-end technology node through the accumulation of low-end technology node will lead to the leakage of domestic technology upgrading effect.
