X公司新產品開發(fā)流程與組織研究

【摘要】:產品的競爭是企業(yè)之間競爭的核心問題,產品開發(fā)對企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展至關重要。目前很多企業(yè)對新產品開發(fā)的重視程度不夠,在新產品開發(fā)決策和管理時往往采取憑經(jīng)驗做事的方式,缺乏詳細,系統(tǒng)的管理模式,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)新產品開發(fā)效率不高,投資效益無法達到預期等問題。 X公司早期經(jīng)營模具開發(fā)業(yè)務,后來因為客觀條件發(fā)生變化,進入產品開發(fā)與生產領域。在從事產品業(yè)務初期,X公司因流程和組織的準備不足,出現(xiàn)新產品開發(fā)流程與組織不明確,開發(fā)過程管理不當,新產品開發(fā)效率較低。通過研究新產品開發(fā)工作中出現(xiàn)的問題,X公司建立并實施新產品開發(fā)流程與組織,使新產品開發(fā)工作品質得到明顯改善。 本文詳細研究了X公司新產品開發(fā)流程與組織的設置,運行,以及相關具體工作內容,主要研究的重點,,是新產品開發(fā)組織,新產品開發(fā)流程,新產品開發(fā)審查程序,通過總結X公司的經(jīng)驗,供其他企業(yè)建立和實施新產品開發(fā)流程與組織時加以借鑒。 本文分為五個部分。第一部分概述論文的研究背景,介紹企業(yè)進行新產品開發(fā)時經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的問題、X公司建立新產品開發(fā)流程與組織的原因。第二部分論述新產品開發(fā)流程以及組織的有關理論研究成果。第三部分論述X公司新產品開發(fā)管理現(xiàn)狀,詳細介紹X公司新產品開發(fā)組織設置,組織功能,新產品開發(fā)流程以及具體內容。第四部分論述X公司新產品開發(fā)流程和組織的運行機制,主要介紹新產品開發(fā)階段定義,開發(fā)審查內容,設計變更管理,產品開發(fā)信息系統(tǒng)結構等內容。第五部分介紹了X公司推行新產品開發(fā)流程與組織的成果,并對其他公司建立和實施新產品開發(fā)流程與組織提出了一些建議,供其他企業(yè)參考。
[Abstract]:The competition of products is the core problem of competition among enterprises, and product development is very important to the survival and development of enterprises. At present, many enterprises do not pay enough attention to new product development. In the decision-making and management of new product development, they often adopt the way of doing things based on experience, lack of detail, systematic management mode, and often have some problems, such as low efficiency of new product development, investment benefit can not meet expectations and so on. X Company engaged in mold development business in the early stage, and later entered the field of product development and production because of the change of objective conditions. In the early stage of product business, because of the lack of preparation for the process and organization, the new product development process and organization are not clear, the development process is not managed properly, and the efficiency of new product development is low. By studying the problems in the development of new products, X Company establishes and implements the process and organization of new product development, so that the quality of new product development work can be obviously improved. This paper studies in detail the setting and operation of the new product development process and organization of X Company, as well as the related specific work contents, the main research focus is the new product development organization, the new product development process, the new product development review procedure, by summing up the experience of X Company, which can be used for reference when other enterprises establish and implement the new product development process and organization. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part summarizes the research background of the paper, introduces the problems that often occur when the enterprise carries on the new product development, and the reason why X company establishes the new product development process and organization. The second part discusses the new product development process and the relevant theoretical research results of the organization. The third part discusses the present situation of X company's new product development management, and introduces in detail the organization setting, organization function, new product development process and concrete content of X company's new product development organization. The fourth part discusses the new product development process and organization operation mechanism of X company, mainly introduces the definition of new product development stage, the content of development review, design change management, product development information system structure and so on. The fifth part introduces the results of promoting the new product development process and organization of X company, and puts forward some suggestions for other companies to establish and implement the new product development process and organization, which can be used as a reference for other enterprises.
