江蘇農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)PMS與ERP系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃與實(shí)施研究
[Abstract]:As the basic industry of the national economy, the electric power industry shoulders the great historical mission of building a new socialist countryside. Through the vertical penetration of the PMS system to the rural power grid of Jiangsu Province, the horizontal integration realizes the operation of the production foundation and the resource sharing of the information management. In order to overcome the data barriers between the rural power grid and the main network of the same province, the main network business is extended to the rural power supply stations. The whole data of rural low voltage power grid equipment is introduced into enterprise resource management system, and the information management of production and resources is finally realized and improved. Furthermore, the ERP system is introduced into the equipment data system of the whole rural low-voltage power grid. Through the organic integration of the two systems, the rural power grid construction is reformed to fundamentally solve the disadvantages of scattered resources, segmented pieces and different standards in the previous information management methods. Based on the background, development course and basic theory of PMS power production management system and ERP resource management system, this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings existing in the practical application of the system, analyzes the requirements of the rural power grid in Jiangsu Province, and explains the necessity of the integration of the two systems, with emphasis on the overall detailed planning and implementation scheme of the rural power grid reform in Jiangsu Province. Finally, this paper summarizes that the integration of PMS and ERP has achieved remarkable results in the rural power grid of Jiangsu Province, but because the new reform is time-consuming and laborious, not all enterprises can control and implement it, so in view of the shortcomings of the integration of the two systems, some future development trends and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
